«Անաղուհաց» Պալաչը կախվել է փրփուրներից

Մինաս Ասատուրի Խանջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Օրերս տեղեկատվություն տարածվեց այն մասին, որ «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս կոմֆորտ» ընկերությունների նախկին սեփականատեր՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանը՝ հայտնի Պալաչ մականունով, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում ներկայացրել է վարույթ է՝ այլ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների՝ շուկա մուտք գործելուն խոչընդոտելու հիմնավորմամբ, ինչի առթիվ էլ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Վերջինիս համաձայն՝ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամ աշխատակիցները խոչընդոտել են իր ընկերությունների աշխտանքին, քանի որ իրականացրել էն անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումներ: Թերևս տարրական դասարանի երեխայի երևակայության սահմաններում տեղավորվող հիմնավորումն արդեն իսկ անլրջություն է հաղորդում այս քրգործին, բայց ամենից աբսուրդային այն է, որ Պալաչը այս ամենը համարում է իր ընկերությունների սնանկացման միակ ու գլխավոր պատճառը:
Իրավաբան պետք չէ լինել, հասկանալու համար, որ նմանօրինակ մեղադրանքները զուրկ են որևէ իրավական հիմքից, ինչի մասին վստահաբար շատ շուտով կհայտարարեն նաև այս գործով զբաղվող իրավաբանները: Ու ինչպես այս առիթով արված իր պարզաբանման մեջ «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի ներկայացուցիչը՝ փաստաբան Դավիթ Մանթաշյանը, նշեց, հիմնադրամին ուղղված մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են, և Պալաչի հիմնավորումները «հեռու են ողջամտության բոլոր սահմաններից»: Իսկ իրականությունն այն է, որ վերոնշյալ սնանկ ճանաչված ընկերություններին իրականում սնակնկացման է տարել հենց ինքը Պալաչը՝ աշխատանքների սխալ կազմակերպմամբ ու սեփականության գրավի դիմաց վերցրած գումարներն անձնական վայելքների համար վատնելով: Այս մասին երեկ խոսել է նաև «Քինգ Դելյուքս»-ի նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Դալլաքյանը, ով ևս իր ղեկաված ՍՊԸ-ների սնանկացման միակ մեղավորին համարում է հենց Արթուր Հարությունյանին:
Վերջինիս բիզնեսային քաղաքականության ամենից կոպիտ սխալներից մեկն էլ եղել է այն, որ նա իր բիզնեսները փորձել էր տեղափոխել Հայաստանի սահամններից դուրս ու հենց այս քայլն է, որ նրան վերջնական կործանման է տարել՝ կորցնելով բանկում գրավադրված ամեն բան՝ անգամ հայրական տունը: Այս ամենից հետո Պալաչը գլուխը վերցրել ու Հայաստանից հեռացել էր՝ օդից կախված վիճակում թողնելով ծնողների կեցության հարցը: Որը անմիջապես լուծվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ; Արթուր Հարությունյանի ծնողների հանդեպ հարգանքից դրդված՝ Ծառուկյանը գրավից գնել էր նրա հայրական տունը, ու նվիրել նրանց: Ինչպես նաև Ծառուկյանի բարեհոգության արդյունքում վերջիններիս հետ էր վերադարձվել նաև ավտոլվացման կետն ու բենզալցակայանը: Ստացվում է, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ոչ միայն արդեն 20 տարուց ի վեր կոտայքցիների համար անվճար երթևեկություն է ապահովում, այլև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը անձնական կարևոր օգնություն է ցույց տվել Պալաչի ընտանիքին, բայց այսքանից հետո Պալաչը անաղուհացի նման դատական հայց է ներկայացնում հիմնադրամի դեմ: Այն էլ այն դեպքում, երբ մի քանի առիթներով Պալաչը նշել է, որ հաշվի առնելով երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը՝ անչափ կարևորում է անվճար տրանսպորտի առկայությունը, քանզի այն կարևոր օգնություն է ժողովրդի համար և հայտնում է իր շնորհակալությունը Ծառուկյանին:
Այսքանից հետո պարզ է, որ Պալաչը ընդամենը շարքային «աբիժնիկ է», նրանցից, ով իրենց սխալները միշտ բարդում են այլոց վրա, իսկ այս դատական հայցը ընդամենը փրփուրներից կախվելու փորձ է, որը դատապարտված է տապալման:
