Երախտամոռ Պալաչը իր ձախողումների մեջ նորից մեղադրում է բոլորին

ովսես Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր մամուլում խոսվեց այն մասին, որ Արթուր Հարությունյանը ՀԿԳ քննչական վարչությունում դիմում է ներկայացրել: Վերջինս վերաբերում է նրան, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն իրականացրել է հակամրցակցային գործունեություն, որը խոչընդոտել է իրեն պատկանող «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների գործունեությանը, սա էլ հանգեցրել է վերջիններիս սնանկ ճանաչվելուն:
Արթուր Հայրապետյանը հայտնի է իր Պալաչ մականունով, բայց միայն դրանով չէ , որ նա հայտնի է: Բոլորը նրան հիշում են իր քամելեոն ու անսկզբունքային տեսակով: Բավական է միայն միմյանց կողքին դնել ընդամենը երկու տեսագրություն, որոնցից մեկում Պալաչը մի բան է ասում, ու մյուսում կտրուկ փոխում իր ասածները, արդեն հասկանում ենք, թե փորսուուղային ինչպիսի տեսակի հետ գործ ունենք: Ու եթե ասում են, թե տղամարդը ճիշտ այնքան արժե, որքան որ իր խոսքը, ուրեմն Պալաչի տղամարդկային արժանիքներն արդեն իսկ պարզ են, քանի որ վերոնշյալ տեսագրություններից մեկում վերջինս անչափ կարևորում է բարեգործական մեքենաների անհրաժեշտությունը՝ վկայակոչելով երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը, խնդրում է ներողություն այս ամենը ապահովող Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից, իսկ հետո բարեգործական տրանսպորտի առկայությունը նա համարում է իր ՍՊԸ-ների սնանկացման պատճառ, և վարույթ է ներկայացնում այն մասին, որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի աշխատակիցները, նպատակ ունենալով խոչընդոտել իր ընկերությունների գործունեությանը, 2012-2016 թթ. բարեգործության պատրվակով, հիշյալ երթուղիներով իրականացրել են անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումներ:
Սակայն իրականութոյւնն այն է, որ իր իսկ սնանկացման պատճառը հենց ինքն էր, իր վարած սխալ մենեջմենթը ու բիզնես նպատակով ձեռք բերած վարկերը նա ոչ թե մտածված կերպով ներ էր դնում իր բիզնեսների զարգացման հարցում, այլ իրեն արդեն իսկ կայացած բիզնեսմենի կարգավիճակում դնելով՝ ճոխ կյանք էր վարում ու շքեղ մեքենաների շարասյուն գնում:
Արդյունքը եղավ այն, որ նա Արթուր Հայրապետյանը սնանկ ճանաչվեց՝ կորցնելով ագնամ հայրական տունը: Երբ ամեն բան կորցրած Պալաչը փորձ արեց բիզնեսները արտերկիր տեղափոխել, ու դա էլ չստացվեց, նա խորտակվող նավից փաղչող առնետի նման հեռացավ Հայաստանից՝ ծնողներին թողնելով անօթևան մնալու խնդրի առջև կանգնած:
Սակայն ի շնորհիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի բարի կամքի դրսևորման՝ Արթուրի հայրական տունը գնվեց ու հետ վերադարձվեց նրանց: Ու Ծառուկյանի հարգանքը վերջինիս ծնողների հանդեպ միայն սրանով չսահմանափակվեց, այլ ֆինանսական աջակցություն պարբերաբար ևս տրամադրվեց;
Այս ամենիը իմանալով հանդերձ և Ծառուկյանի կողմից նման վերաբերմունք ստանալուց հետո՝ ուղղակի ապշել կարելի է, թե որքան ուժեղ պետք է «ապիժնիկի» արյունը խտացած լինի Պալաչի երակներում, որ այսօր նման դատական հայցով ներկայացնի, այն էլ այն դեպքում, երբ ամեն ձախողման պատճառը հենց ինքն է:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ Աբովյան, Չարենցավան քաղաքներից արդեն տարիներ ի վեր անվճար տրանսպորտ է գործում դեպի մայրաքաղաք ու հակառակը, դա իսկապես արվում է բարեգործական հիմքերով, որևէ այլ նպատակ չի հետապնդում, ինչպես կարծում են «պալաչները», ու դրա անհրաժեշտության ու օգտակարության գործակիցը որոշելու համար բավական է հարցնել ժողովրդին, ու հստակ կերևա, թե այս էլ քանի տարի որքան մեծ հոգս է թեթևացնում «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը:
