ՀԲՖ ղեկավարության ֆինանսական սղության պատճառով բռնցքամարտիկները չպետք է աշխատանք փնտրեն

Կարեն Հակոբյանը գրում է.

Այսօր բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահը մի աբսուրդային մեջբերում արեց իր մամլո ասուլիսի ժամանակ, նշելով, որ նա կողմ է, որ մարզիկները, բացի իրենց հիմնական մարզումներից նաև աշխատեն: Լրագրողների հարցին թե կոնկրետ ինչ նկատի ունի նախագահը ասելով աշխատել, նա պատասխանեց , որ իր խորհին համոզմամբ մարզիկները պետք է իրենց համար սպորտից դուրս աշխատանք գտնեն, որպիսզի կարողանան ապահովել իրենց ընտանիքը: Հարցին թե ինչպես է հնարավոր համատեղել աշխատանքը և սպորտը, նա պատասխանեց , որ դա տարածված պրակտիկա է Ամերիկայի Միացյան Նահանգներում և շատ մարզիկներ մարզվում են աշխատանքից առաջ և հետո:
Իր այս հայտարարությամբ նախագահը պատասխանեց այն հարցին, թե ինչպես է ստացվոււմ այնպես, որ Հայաստանում կան բազում լավ պոտենցիալ ունեցող մարզիկներ, բայց չգիտես ինչու հաջողությունները շատ չեն: Մինչև Միացյալ նահանգների պրակտիկան օրինակ բերելը, տարբերություն դրեք ՀՀ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև, և կհասկանաք , որ եթե ԱՄՆ-ում մարզիկը օրեկան 2-4 ժամ աշխատելով կարող է պահել իրեն, ապա Հայաստանում առնվազն պետք է օրեկան 7-9 ժամ տրամադրի աշխատանքին: Իսկ հիմա հաջորդ հարցը ՝ ինչպես եք մտածում հնարավոր է արդյոք, որ մարդ օրեկան 7-9 ժամ աշխատելուց հետո կարողանա իրեն տրամադրել սպորտին: Իհարկե ՈՉ: Օրեկան այդքան ժամանակ աշխատանքին տրամադրելուց հետո , մարզիկը աստիճանաբար կսկսի կորցնել հետաքրքրությունը սպորտի նկատմամբ և որոշ ժամանակ անց ուղղակի կլքի սպորտը:
Օբյեկտիվ տեսակետից դիտարկված, հարկավոր է կիրառել ամբողջությամբ հակառակ պրակտիկան, այսնիքն պետք է մարզիկին զերծ պահել կենցաղային խնդիրներից, որպեսզի նա ամբողջությամբ նվիրվի սպորտին և արդյունքներ ապահովի: Այսպիսի պրակտիկայով է զբաղվում Օլիմպիական կոմիտեն, ինչի շնորհիվ էլ 20 տարի դադարից հետո Հայաստանն ի վերջո ունեցավ օլիմպիական ոսկի մեդալ: Ցավն այդ է , որ ֆեդերացիայի նախագահը սխալ քաղաքականություն է ընտրել և դա է նաև պատճառներից մեկը, որ նրա անվան շուրջ կան բազմաթիվ դժգոհություններ, չէ որ նմանօրինակ մտածելակերպով ավելի շատ վնասում է բռնցքամարտին և դրա զարգացմանը, իսկ սրանից հետևությունը միայն մեկն է, որն էլ մոտ ապագայում կարծում են AIBA-ն արդարացիորեն կիրականացնի:

Հ.Գ. Եթե ՀԲՖ ղեկավարությունն իվիճակի չէ արդյունք գրանցած մարզիկներին ապահովել գումարով, ապա լավ կանեն այդպես էլ հայտարարեն, ոչ թե դրդեն մարզիկներին, իրենց մարզումներին զուգահեռ աշխատանք փնտրել, դա հղի է մի շարք անցանկալի վտանգներով:
