Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի գործը ապացուցում է, որ նոր Հայաստանում դեռ կան դեպքեր, երբ աշխատում են հին մեթոդներով:
Վերջերս սոցցանցերում շրջանառվող մի տեսանյութ տեսա, որը ապացուցում էր հենց այս իրողությունը: Մասնավորապես Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի դեպը հենց այդ դեպքն է, երբ կեղծ դատաբժշկական եզրակացության հիման վրա կալանավորում են անմեղ մարդու:
Տեսանյութը մանրամասն բացատրում է գործի բոլոր մութ կետերը: Այսպես, ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության, Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ստացել էր բազմակի հարվածներ, ուղեղի ցնցում, կողոսկրի կոտրվածք, ծակվել էր նրա թոքը, ստացել էր սալջարդներ: Ցանկացած մասնագետ կփաստի, որ դրանից հետո Հարությունովը պետք է երկար ժամանակ վերականգնողական բուժում անցներ, այնինչ ենթադրյալ դեպքի երկրորդ օրը նա դուրս էր գրվել հիվանդանոցից, հանդիպել լրագրողների հետ, լիակատար առոջղ մարդու պես խոսել, շարժվել, երեկոյան դատարանի առաջ ժամերով ոտքի վրա կանգնած սպասել: Բոլոր ականատեսները նկատել էին, որ նա միանգամայն առողջ մարդուն բնորոշ տեսք ու ֆիզիակական ակտիվություն ունի, ինչը ֆիքսվածէ համացանցում առկա բազմաթիվ տեսանյութերում:
Այս ամենը փաստում է, որ դատաբժշակական եզրակացությունը կեղծ է եղել: Եթե դրան գումարենք նաև այն, որ Հարությունովի նկատմամբ քննչական մարմնում կիրառել են սպառնալիքներ, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ նոր իրողությունում դեռ կան պաշտոնատար անձինք, ովքեր աշխատում են հին մեթոդնորվ ու գործելաոճով: Այնինչ սա պետք է բացառել: Նման մարդկանց ոչ միայն պետք է վերջնականորեն հեռացնել դատաիրավական համակարգից, այլև նրանց ու նրանց հովանավորներին ու պատվիրատուներին ենթարկել խիստ պատասխանատվության:
Իզուր չէ իր վերջին հարցազրույցի ժամանակ Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել այս գործի վրա, քանի որ գործում կան բազմաթիվ մութ կետեր:
