Վյաչելսավ Հարությունովի գործը պետք է հայտնվի իշխանությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում

Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի գործը արդեն իսկ դարձել է Հայաստանի վերջին ժամանակների ամենաաղմկոտ գործը, որի շրջանակներում ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեղադրանքով ձերբակալվել է Էդուարդ Բաբայանը:
Ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության, Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը բազմակի հարվածների արդյունքում ստացել էր ուղեղի ցնցում, կողոսկրի կոտրվածք, ծակվել էր նրա թոքը, ստացել էր բազմաթիվ սալջարդներ: Նման վնասվածքների դեպքում սովորաբար մարդը երկար ժամանակ պետք է վերականգնողական բուժում անցի, այնինչ Հարությունովը դեպքի երկրորդ օրը դուրս էր գրվել հիվանդանոցից, հանդիպել լրագրողներին, ապա երեկոյան ժամերով սպասել դատարանի առաջ: Նա լրագրողների հետ խոսել էր ակտիվ շարժումներով և բարձր ձայնով, այնինչ նման վնասվածքների դեպքում դա ուղղակի բացառվում էր:
Հետևաբար դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը կեղծ է եղել, և մարդուն շինծու մեղադրանքով կալանավորել են: Աշխարհում չի գտնվի մեկ բժիշկ, ով կհաստատի, որ նման վնասվածքներից հետո մարդը կարող էր երկրորդ օրը դուրս գրվել հիվանդանոցից և լիակատար առողջ մարդու ռեժիմով ապրել:
Հարությունովը այս մասին բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել է, տվել հարցազրուցներ, ասուլիսներ, բայց անօգուտ: Նա նաժ բարձրաձայնել էր քննչական մարմնում իր նկատմամբ կիրառված սպառնալիքների մասին, երբ անհրաժեշտ ցուցմունքը կորզելու նպատակով իրեն ցույց են տվել տեսանյութեր և սպառնացել, որ կհրապարակեն դրանք, ինչից հետո նրա հետ հաշվեհարդար կտեսնեն: Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը իր վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ անգամ ՀՀ վարչապետի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել այս գործի վրա, քանի որ այնտեղ կան բազմաիթվ մութ կետեր և կնճռոտ հարցեր:
Այս ամենը պետք է հայտնվի իշխանությունների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Կեղծ եզրակացություն տվող դատաբժիշկը, հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրող և սպառնացող քննիչները պետք է վերջապես հասկանան, որ հին մեթոդների ու գործելաոճի ժամանակները այլևս անցել են: Նոր իրողությունում նրանց նմանները տեղ չունեն դատաիրավական համակարգում և պետք է նրանք և նրանց հովանավոր-պատվիրատուները ենթարկվեն խիստ պատասխանատվության:
