ՔԿ-ն պարզում է Այվազովսկու «Նավը ծովում» կտավի ձեռքբերման աղբյուրը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն, սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների և կիբեռհանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու՝ «Նավը ծովում» կտավի ձեռք բերման հանգամանքները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017 թվականին «Փյունիկ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի պաշտոնական կայք-էջում հրապարակվել է տեղեկատվություն՝ հիմնադրամի կողմից ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահին ծովանկարիչ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու՝ «Նավը ծովում» կտավը նվիրելու վերաբերյալ, որից հետո մամուլում հրապարակումներ են եղել այն մասին, որ կտավը հափշտակված է:

Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ 2011 թվականի հունվարի 13-ին «Ռուսական ոսկի» կորպորացիայի տնօրենի՝ ՌԴ-ում գտնվող բնակարանից ավազակային հարձակմամբ հափշտակվել են բազմաթիվ կտավներ, այդ թվում՝ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի արժողության «Նավը ծովում» կտավը:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 216-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիոն, սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների և կիբեռհանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ակնհայտ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գույք ձեռք բերելու կամ իրացնելու դեպքի առթիվ:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ կտավի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը, բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
