Նախարարությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել ընտանիքների ապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառվելու նոր կարգի վերաբերյալ

ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը ծանուցում է տարածել ընտանիքների ապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառվելու նոր կարգի վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը նախարարությունը հիշեցնում է, որ կառավարության 2018 թվականի փետրվարի 1-ի N 72-Ն որոշմամբ (ուժի մեջ է մտել 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ին) լրացում է կատարվել Կառավարության 2014 թվականի հունվարի 30-ի «Պետական նպաստների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովելու մասին» N 145-Ն որոշման մեջ, համաձայն որի, սկսած 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 7-ից, ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում հաշվառվելու համար դիմող ընտանիքը պետք է ներկայացնի նաև երկու նոր փաստաթղթերը:

ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյից ստացված տեղեկանք ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամների՝ տվյալ պահին առկա վարկային պարտավորությունների և ժամկետանց վարկերի մասին։
Հայտարարություն՝ ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամների բանկային ավանդների և դրանցից ստացված եկամուտների մասին (բանկային ավանդ ունենալու դեպքում ներկայացվում է նաև բանկի կողմից տրված տեղեկանք՝ ավանդի չափի և հաշվեգրված տոկոսների մասին)։

Հաշվի առնելով նոր կարգի կիրարկման վերաբերյալ հանրության որոշ խմբերի բողոքներն ու դժգոհությունները՝ ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է՝

ԱՌԵՎՏՐԱՅԻՆ ԲԱՆԿԵՐԸ, կարևորելով իրենց սոցիալական պատասխանատվությունը, պատրաստ են իրենց մասնաճյուղերի միջոցով ԱՆՎՃԱՐ քաղաքացիներին տրամադրել ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյից ստացված տեղեկանքը (ԶԵԿՈՒՅՑ ՓԱՐՈՍ ծրագիր)։
ԱՌԵՎՏՐԱՅԻՆ ԲԱՆԿԻ ՄԱՍՆԱՃՅՈՒՂԸ ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյի տեղեկանքը տրամադրում է ԱՆՎՃԱՐ՝ միջինում 10-15 րոպեում։
Օրենքի համաձայն՝ քաղաքացիներն իրավունք ունեն նաև տարին մեկ անգամ ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյից անվճար ստանալ իրենց վերաբերյալ ամբողջական վարկային զեկույց։
Կարևորելով նպաստների հասցեականության գործում նոր կարգի կիրարկման դերը` միաժամանակ նախարարությունը մշակում է քայլեր նոր կարգի կիրառումը դյուրացնելու և ավտոմատացնելու ուղղությամբ` նպատակ ունենալով մոտ ապագայում քաղաքացիների համաձայնությամբ ստանալ այդ տեղեկատվությունը առանց քաղաքացիներից լրացուցիչ փաստաթուղթ պահանջելու։

Բոլոր հարցերով կարող եք զանգահարել 114 թեժ գիծ կամ նախարարության սոցիալական աջակցության վարչություն 010 56 42 10 հեռախոսահամարով։

Նախարարությունը նաև տեղեկացնում է, որ նախարարությունն ակնկալում է կարգի կիրառման ընթացքում ծագած անհարմարությունների վերաբերյալ քաղաքացիների արձագանքներն ու ահազանգները։ Դրանք կօգնեն ոչ միայն խնդիրներին արագ լուծում տալու, այլև կօգտագործվեն կարգի բարեփոխման նպատակով։ Շնորհակալ ենք համագործակցության համար։ Նախարարությունն ակնկալում է քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը նպաստների համակարգը առավել հասցեական դարձնելու գործում։
