Աշխարհում շարունակվում է կարմրուկի տարածումը

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության ամերիկյան տարածաշրջանի գրասենյակի պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ Հարավային և Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի տարածաշրջաններում շարունակվում է կարմրուկի տարածումը (https://www.paho.org/hq/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=14515%3Ameasles-in-the-americas-new-epidemiological-update&catid=1443%3Aweb-bulletins&Itemid=135&lang=en)։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2018թ. հունվար-հուլիսին տարածաշրջանի 11 երկրում արձանագրվել է կարմրուկի լաբորատոր հաստատված 2472 դեպք, այդ թվում Վենեսուելայում՝ 1613, Բրազիլիայում՝ 677, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներում՝ 91, Կանադայում՝ 19, Կոլումբիայում՝ 40։ Հիվանդության եզակի դեպքեր են գրանցվել նաև Արգենտինայում, Էկվադորում, Գվատեմալայում, Մեքսիկայում, Պերուում։ Հիվանդացածների մեծ մասը երեխաներ են։ Վենեսուելայում արձանագրված կարմրուկի 1613 դեպքից 44-ը մահացել են։

Ներկայումս Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներում կարմրուկի բռնկումը պայմանավորված է ակտիվ միջտարածաշրջանային միգրացիայով։ Հիվանդության տարածման և կանխարգելման նպատակով իրականացվում են հակահամաճարակային և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ, այդ թվում կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստումներ ռիսկի խմբերում։

Այս տարի կարմրուկի առումով անբարենպաստ համաճարակային իրավիճակ է գրանցվել նաև Եվրոպայում` դեպքերի տարածում է արձանգրվել 28 երկրում, վարակի տարածման 76 %-ը տեղային են։

Ուկրաինայում 2017թ. արձանագրված կարմրուկի դեպքերի թիվը մոտ 70 անգամ գերազանցում է 2016-ին հաստատված դեպքերին։ Վարակի տարածումը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստումներում բնակչության քիչ ընդգրկումով։

Հաշվի առնելով աշխարհում կարմրուկի անբարենպաստ իրավիճակը` այդ երկրներ ճամփորդել պլանավորող քաղաքացիների ուշադրությունը հրավիրում ենք խնդրին և հորդորում. ովքեր չեն պատվաստվել կարմրուկի դեմ և չեն հիվանդացել կարմրուկով, պատվաստվեն մեկնելուց առնվազն 2 շաբաթ առաջ։
