Երևանի 4 բժշկական կենտրոններ կունենան կալանավորների համար նախատեսված հատուկ բաժանմունքներ

Երևանում 500 և ավելի մահճակալ ունեցող բժշկական հաստատությունները պետք է ունենան հատուկ բաժանմունքներ դատապարտված կամ կալանավորված անձանց համար: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց Արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը՝ ներկայացնելով համապատասխան որոշման նախագիծը:

«Մարզերում 100 և ավելի մահճակալ ունեցող հիվանդանոցները նույնպես պետք է ունենան նմանատիպ բաժանմունքներ: Բացի դրանից, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել, որ բժշկական սպասարկումն ու ծառայությունը դուրս բերվեն քրեակատարողական ծառայության ենթակայության տակից: Այս որոշումը հենց միտված է նրան, որ ստանդարտները բոլորի համար լինեն նույնը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նախարարը:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետաքրքրվեց՝ արդյոք սա նշանակո՞ւմ է, որ ապագայում մենք չենք ունենալու «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:

«Օբյեկտիվորեն չենք կարող չունենալ այդպիսի հիվանդանոց, թեթև հիվանդությունների դեպքում մեզ համար ավելի նպաստավոր կլինի, որ մենք ունենանք այսպիսի հիվանդանոց: Նեղ մասնագիտացված, բարձր որակավորում պահանջող սպասարկումը կիրականացնենք 500 և ավելի մահճակալ ունեցող բժշկական հաստատություններում, իսկ ավելի թեթև, հսկողության կարիք ունեցող հիվանդների համար կունենանք առնվազն 2 այսպիսի հիվանդանոց: Մեկը նախատեսում ենք փոխարինել ներկայիս կենտրոնական հիվանդանոցը մոտ 100 մահճակալ ունեցող կենտրոնով, երկրորդ, «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում էլ կունենանք փակ ռեժիմի համար նախատեսված հիվանդների համար կենտրոն»,- ասաց Արտակ Զեյնալյանը:

500 և ավելի մահճակալ ունեցող 4 հիվանդանոց կա մայրաքաղաքում՝ «Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոն», «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ», «Արմենիա» և «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնները:

Կառավարությունը միաձայն ընդունեց որոշումը: Այն Երևանի հիվանդանոցների դեպքում կսկսի գործել 1 տարի անց, իսկ մարզերի համար՝ 2 տարի հետո:
