Հարցաքննության ժամանակ Հարությունովի նկատմամբ հոգեբանական ճնշում է գործադրվել և սպառնալիքներ են հնչել

Սևակ Ասլանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կեղծ դատաբժշկական եզրակացության ներկակացնելու համար մեղավորները պետք է պատժվեն, հատկապես եթե դրա արդյունքում մարդը տևական ժամանակով ենթարկվում է ոչ իրավաչափ կալանքի: Նման վիճակում է այժմ գտնվում Էդուարդ Բաբայանը, ով կալանավորվել է Հարությունովին ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մեղադրանքով, որը ամբողջությամբ հիմնված է շինծու և կեղծ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքի վրա:
Իսկ որ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը կեղծ է, ապացուցում են հետևյալ փաստերը. այսպես եզրակացությոնում նշված է, որ Հարությունովը ստացել է բազմակի հարվածներ, ինչի հետևանքով կոտրվել է նրա կողոսկրը, ծակվել է թոքը, նա ստացել է սալջարդներ, ուղեղի ցնցում և այլն: Այնինչ նման «ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ» ստացած մարդը 2 օր անց իր դիմումի համաձայն դուրս է գրվում հիվանդանոցից, նույն օրը հանդիպում լրագրողների հետ, որտեղ հերքում է ծեծկռտուքի մասին լուրերը, խոսում լիովին առողջ մարդու պես, բարձր ձայնով և թևերը ակտիվ շարժելով, ինչը բացառվում է կոտրված կողոսկրի և ծակված թոքի դեպքում, դատարանի առաջ ժամերով ոտքի վրա կանգնած սպասում, այլ կերպ ասած՝ ցուցաբերում է այնպիսի ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն, որը բացառվում էր նման վնասվածքներ ստացած մարդու դեպքում:
Սա կարող է փաստել ցանկացած բժիշկ և մասնագետ, հետևաբար դատաբժշկական եզրակացությունը կեղծ է եղել, այնինչ այդ կեղծ եզրակացության վրա կառուցվել է մի ամբողջ քրեական գործ և անհիմն կերպով կալանավորվել է Էդուարդ Բաբայանը:,
Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը արդեն տևական ժամանակ ասուլիսներ և հարցազրույցներ է տալիս, որպեսզի տեղեկացնի, որ ինքը տուժող չէ, բայց ապարդյուն: Ավելին, վերջին ասուլիսի ժամանակ նա ուշագրավ մանրամասներ հայտնեց քննչական մարմնում իր հարցաքննության մասին: Մասնավորապես, Հարությունովը նշեց, որ իր վրա հոգեբանական ճնշում է գործադրվել, իրեն այնտեղ ինչ-որ տեսանյութ են ցուցադրել, որից հետո նրան ասել են, որ ցանկալի ցուցմունքը չտալու դեպքում տեսանյութը կհայտնվի համացանցում, ինչից հետո նրա հետ հաշվեհարդար կտեսնեն: Սա բացահայտ սպառնալիք է և շանտաժ, ինչի մասին տեղեկացվե լէ նաև Վերաքննիչ դատարանը:

Նման կեղծ երզակացություն կազմելու համար մեղավորները պետք է ենթարկվեն օրենքով նախատեսված խիստ պատասխանատվության: Պետք է պատասխանատվության ենթարկվեն նաև նրանց նման հրահանգ տված պաշտոնյաները : Ի վերջո խոսքը գնում է ամենակարևոր ոլորտներից մեկի՝ դատական համակարգի և արդարադատության մասին, որտեղ նման ամենաթողությունը ուղղակի անթույլատրելի է:
