Երբ կարդում ես, որ ինչ-որ մեկի կողոսկրը կոտրվել է և ծակվել թոքը, ապա պատկերացնում ես, որ նա պետք է տևական ժամանակ լինի բժիշկների հսկողության տակ, լինի անկողնում, գտնվի հիվանդանոցում:
Նման դատաբժշկական եզրակացություն էր տրվել Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովին, ինչի հիման վրա կալանավորվել էր Էդուարդ Բավայանը: Սակայն նայելով համացանցում առկա տեսանյութերը և նկարները, որտեղ Հարությունովը հանգիստ զրուցում է լրագրողների հետ, շարժվում անկաշկանդ, առանց ցավերի, ինչը անհնար է կոտրված կողոսկրի դեպքում, կամ խոսում բարձր ձայնով, ինչը անհնար է ծակված թոքի դեպքում, հասկանում ես, որ այստեղ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, և դատաբաժշկական փորձաքննությունը, մեղմ ասած, իրականությունը չի ներկայացրել:
Էլ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ ծեծի ենթարկված մարդու դեմքի վրա գոնե պետք է կապտուկներ լինեին կամ ինչ-որ հետքեր:
Մի շարք օգտատերերի մոտ տեսա Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի հարցազրույցների տեսանյութերը, որոնք արված էին դեպքից ընամենը 2 օր անց: Լիակատար առոջղ մարդ, ով ժամերով կանգնած էր դատարանի առաջ, խոսում և պարզաբանում էր իր հետ կատարվածը լրագրողներին: Նրան նայելով ուղղակի անհնար է մտածել անգամ, որ 2 օր առաջ կոտրվել է նրա կողոսկրը կամ ծակվել է թոքը կամ ինչ-որ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառող ծեծկռտուքի մեջ է ընկել: Դա պարզապես աբսուրդ է: Այս տեսանյութը, որի կադրը ներկայացված է ստորև, արվել է դեպքից երկու անց: Ինչպես ինքներդ եք տեսնում, Հարությունովի դեմքի վրա չկա ոչ մի հետք կամ կապտուկ:

Կարծում եմ այս ամենից հետո լուրջ ասելիքներ և պարզաբանումներ պետք է տա հենց դատաբժիշկը: Ինչպես ասում են, փաստերը ավելի խոսուն են, քան թղթի վրա գրված եզրակացությունը: Բավական է միայն դիտել համացանցում առկա տեսանյութերը:
