Աղանդավոր մարզպետը Կոտայքի մարզը համարում է իր անձնական կալվածքը

Պետրոս Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արդեն տևական ժամանակ է, որ Կոտայքի մարզում իրավիճակը հանդարտ չէ, իսկ պատճառը նորանշանակ մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն է: Մարզպետի պաշտոնը նա երևի շփոթել է կալվածատիրջ կարգավիճակի հետ, և նշանակվելու առաջին իսկ օրից իսկական տեռոր է սկսել Կտոայքի մարզի գյուղապետերի դեմ:

Թեման ոչ միայն արդեն հասցրել է հարուցել բնակիչների բացահայտ դժգոհությունը, այլ արդեն հասցրել է հայտնվել մամուլի էջերում: Բազմաթիվ թերթեր և կայքեր արդեն անդրադարձել են այս թեմային, այսինքն մարզպետի գործելաոճի աղմուկը արդեն դուրս է եկել Կոտայքի սահմաններից:

Իսկ ոճը բացահայտ ահաբեկչական է. մարզպետը իր մոտ է կանչում գյուղապետերին և հրահագում նրանց հրաժարական տալ, այլապես սպառնում է դատախազությամբ և ազգային անվտանգությամբ, բացահայտ ասելով, որ հրաժարական չտալու դեպքւոմ «կնստցնի» նրանց:

Սա ինչ է եթե ոչ բացահայտ տեռոր գյուղապետերի նկատմամբ: Սա արդեն հարուցել է բնակիչների արդարացի դժգոհությունը, քանի որ մարզի բնակիչը իրավունք ունի պահանջել, որ մարզպետը զբաղվի մարզի խնդիրներով, ոչ թե գյուղապետերին ահաբեկելով, որոնք ի դեպ, ընտրովի պաշտոն են զբաղացնում, ոչ թե նշանակվել են ինչ-որ մեկի կողմից:

Սա վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է, քանի որ բնակիչների այդ դժգոհությունը մի օր կարող է պայթել և վերածվել իսկական անկառավարելի վիճակի: Մարզպետը պետք է լրջորեն մտածի այս մասին և վերախմբագրի իր գործունեության ոճը, այլապես հետևանքները կարող են անկանխատեսելի լինել:
