Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանն իրեն Կոտայքի մարզի միապետն է համարում

Գայանե Ալավերդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հեղափոխությունից հետո կարծում էի, որ սիրո և հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ կտարածվի նաև մարզերում, բայց օր օրի հիասթափվում եմ՝ տեսնելով Կոտայքի մարզի բռնապետությունն ու ոչ հանդուրժողականությունը մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի կողմից։ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնն այնքան է ոգևորել, որ մտածում է, թե թագավորական իշխանության միապետ է և ցանկացած պահի կարող է անտրամաբանական հրամաններ արձակել։
Լինելով Նոր հաճն քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ամեն օր լսում եմ, որ մարզպետ Պետրոսյանը սադրանքների միջոցով փորձում է ստիպել Կոտայքի մարզի համայնքների ղեկավարներին հրաժարվել իրենց զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից և խորը հիասթափություն եմ ապրում նոր Հայաստանում նման ցավալի պատկեր տեսնելով։ ԱԱԾ-ով ու պատկան մարմինների բացահայտումներով սպառնացող Պետրոսյանը, համայնքի ղեկավարներից պահանջում է հրաժարվել իրենց պաշտոններից՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու տվյալ ղեկավարի կատարած գործերն ու պաշտոնին համապատասխանելու հանգաանքը։
Ո՞վ է տվել մարզպետին նման իրավունքներ և արդյո՞ք նա տեղյակ է, որ համայնքի ղեկավարները ընտրվում են ոչ թե անհատի, այլ բնակչության կողմից ՝ ընտրությունների միջոցով։
«Հայաստանում իրավիճակ է փոխվել» նախադասությունից ոգևորված հայ ժողովրդի ուշադրությունն եմ հրավիրում մեկ այլ իրողության վրա . իմ մարզում՝ Կոտայքում, իրավիճակը վատթարացել է և եթե իրավիճակն այսպես պիտի փոխվեր, ինչի՞ համար էր մեր պայքարը։ Աղանդավորական կրոնի դավանող մարզպետը հեղափոխական գաղափարներից հեռու է և չի կարող նման որդեգրած քաղաքականությամբ դրական իրավիճակ փոխել մեր մարզպում։
Լուսավոր Հայաստանում ապրելու երազանքներ ունեցող կոտայքցին ստիպված չէ հանդուրժել նման «միապետների», ովքեր պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահումներով հիասթափեցնում են մարզի բնակչությանը:
