Համակարգի բացերից օգտվողները որոշել են անիմաստ աղմուկ բարձրացնելով զբաղվել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անկեղծ ասած, առաջին հայացքից հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու են մարդիկ այդքան սիրում մատի ու մատանու արանքը մտնել ու իրենք էլ նեղվել իրենց կարգավիճակից: Բայց կան դեպքեր, երբ դրանց չանդրադառնալ պարզապես հնարավոր չէ:

Արդեն որերորդ անգամ մամուլում հրապարակում է լինում այն մասին, թե ե՞րբ, ինչո՞ւ, ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի խորհրդի ղեկավար նշանակվեց Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը, այն դեպքում, երբ նշանակումից տարիներ առաջ, նույն անձին համակարգից մեկուսացնելը նույնպես մեծ աղմուկով ընթացավ: Այն ժամանակ բոլորը միաբերան նշում էին, որ նա ոլորտի այն եզակի մասնագետներից է, ով ոչ միայն ոլորտում առկա գլոբալ խնդիրների մասին է լավատեղյակ, այլ բոլոր մանրամասներին է լավ տիրապետում: Եվ դա, բնական է, հավանաբար այն ժամանակ էլ շատերը չէին կարողանում մարսել:

Եվ հիմա, երբ իրականում երկրի բարձր ղեկավարության ճիշտ որոշման արդյունքում այդ ոլորտի եզակի մասնագետներից մեկին վստահվել է նշված կառույցը ղեկավարելու գործը, շատերն ուրախանալու փոխարեն տխրել են: Ու թեև հասարակության մեջ վերջապես հույս է արթնացել, որ այս համակարգում բոլոր շնչավոր ու անշունչ «իրերն» իրենց արժանի տեղերում կհայտնվեն, հանկարծ ինչ–որ տեղից թանի ճանճի պատմությունը հիշեցնող մի պատմություն է հորինվում և սկսում փայտփորիկի նման փորել Գ. Ավետիսյանի աթոռի փայտը:

Նման վարքագիծ դրսևորելու ընդամենը մեկ պատճառ կարող է լինել: Ստացվում է, որ ինչ–որ մեկին ինչ–որ տեղ դուր չի գալիս, որ այս հոգնած, երբևէ որևէ հոդաբաշխ «խոսք» չասած ու իրեն սպառած կառույցը կարող է նոր ղեկավարի ջանքերի շնորհիվ նորմալ աշխատել, օգնել, որ մարդիկ ձերբազատվեն թթված ու բորբոսնած սննդամթերք ձեռք բերելու և հիվանդանալու վտանգից:

Հակառակ դեպքում ոչ թե կմտնեին Գեորգի Ավետիսյանին նշանակելու օրվա, ժամի, լուսնի ձևի ու օդի ջերմաստիճանի մանրամասների մեջ, այլ մի մեծ շնորհակալություն էլ իրենք կհայտնեին, որ այսուհետ կարող են ոլորտի ոսկերչական ճշգրտությամբ աշխատանքի բարիքներից օգտվել: Իսկ եթե դա այդպես չէ, ապա կարելի է մտածել, որ համակարգի բացերից օգտվողներն են նման աղմուկ բարձրացնում, քանի որ գնալով նեղանում են անօրինական եղանակներով փող աշխատելու սողանցքները, ինչը, բնական է, կարող է և դուր չգալ շատ–շատերին:
