Խորհուրդ ենք տալիս որոշ լրատվականների և օգտատերերի զերծ մնալ անհարկի շահարկումներից

Շավարշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր մի շարք օգտատերեր և որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ չգիտես ինչու «մտահոգվել են» այն փաստից, իբր ԲՀԿ-ն դիրքորոշում չի հայտնել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ իրավական գործընթաց սկսելու առթիվ, մինչ այլ քաղաքական ուժեր պաշտոնական դիրքորոշում են հայտնել:

Իրականում ԲՀԿ-ն երեկ իր մի շարք պատգամավորների միջոցով առաջիններից մեկն է մեկնաբանել Ռոբրտ Քոչարյանի դեպ սկսած իրավական գործընթացը: Մասնավորապես, այդ մասին խոսել են Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, Միքայել Մելքումյանը, Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը: Նրանք նշել են, որ հարցը գտնվում է բացառեպս իրավապահ մարմիների տիրույթում, նշել են, որ սա զուտ իրավական գործընթաց է և հրաժարվել են այս ամենին քաղաքական գնահատական տալուց:

Բնականարաբար սա հստակ դիրքորոշում է, և այսքանից հետո գրել, թե ԲՀԿ—ն խուսափել է դիրքորոշում հայտնել վերոնշյալ իրադարձությունների մասով, առնվազն սուտ է: Հասկանալի է, որ որոշ շրջանակներ փորձում են «բզբզալ» և ԲՀԿ-ին ներքաշել ինչ-որ թեմաների մեջ, բայց ապարդյուն: Ինչպես միշտ, ԲՀԿ—ի բարձր վարկանիշը մտահոգում է որոշ շրջանակների և նրանք հիմա էլ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ դատական գործընթացն են ուզում օգտագործեն՝ ԲՀԿ-ի անունը շահարկելու համար:

Դա առավել ևս զգացվում է որոշ օգտատերերի և ֆեյք էջերի ուղղորդված գործունեության դեպքում, որոնց սնուցման աղբյուրն ու նրանց հետևում կանգնած շրջանակները միանգամայն պարզ երևակվում են:

Ստիպված ենք ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնել այս թեման այսօր շրջանառող օգտատերերին և լրատվական կայքերին: ԲՀԿ-ն մեկնաբանել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ սկսված դատական գործընթացը, այն գնահատելով որպես իրավական պրոցեսս, որը գտնվում է իրավապահ մարմինների տիրույթում և զերծ է մնացել այս ամենին քաղաքական գնահատական տալուց, քանի որ իրավական պրոցեսի անհարկի քաղաքականացումը վնասում է ցանկացած իրավական գործընթացի:

Վստահորեն կարող ենք պնդել, որ այս պահի դրությամբ ԲՀԿ-ի մոտեցումը ամենահավասարակշիռ և զուսպ մոտեցումն է հայտնի իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ, քանի որ հարցը ամբողջությամբ գտնվում է դատաիրավական համակարգի տիրույթում:
Իսկ լրատվական և սոցցանցայաին հայտնի շրջանակներին կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ վերոնշյալ իրադարձությունների կոնտեքստում ԲՀԿ—ի անունը անհարկի շահարկելուց: ԲՀԿ—ն մշտապես իր դիրքորոշումն է հայտնել երկրում ծավալվող կարևորագույն իրադարձությունների շուրջ և այս դեպքը չէր կարող բացառություն լինել:

Պարզապես որոշ շրջանակների խաղաքարտերը խառնել է ԲՀԿ—ի հավասարակշիռ և զուսպ մոտեցումը հարցին, ինչպես նաև պրոցեսը զուտ իրավական տիրույթում դիտարկելու դիրքորոշումը և այժմ նրանք փորձում են այլ տեսանկյունից շահարկել ԲՀԿ—ի անունը: Ցավոք ԲՀԿ—ի դեպքում շահարկումները նոր երևույթ չեն, ԲՀԿ-ի բարձր վարկանիշը մշտապես եղել է տարբեր ուժերի և շրջանակների մտահոգության թեման, սակայն փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ տարբեր շահարկումները երբևէ չեն ազդել և չեն կարող ազդել ԲՀԿ—ի բարձր վարկանիշի վրա:

Քաղաքական ուժի վարկանիշը խարսխվում է հանրության դրական վերաբերմունքի վրա, իսկ հանրությունը իր վերաբերմունքը ձևավորում է քաղաքական ուժի գործունեությամբ, այլ ոչ թե կողքից արվող ասեկոսեներեով ու բամբասանքներով:
