Կարեն Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնի է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել մերտի 1-ի գործով, և դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց սահմանել է կալանք:

Այս ամենի վերաբերյալ բազում հետաքրքիր կարծիքներ և դիրքորոշումներ հնչեցվեցին թե անհատների, և թե կուսակցությունների կողմից: ՀՅԴ-ն Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք ներկայացնելը մեկնաբանեց, որպես «քաղաքական հալածանք»: ՀՀԿ-ն ՝ «քաղաքական հետապնդում», իսկ ԲՀԿ-ն (ի դեմս Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի, Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանի ր Միքայել Մելքումյանի)՝ որպես իրավական պրոցես : Այդ ամենից հետո որոշ օգտատերեր և լրատվական կայքեր սկսեցին մեղադրել ԲՀԿ-ին , շեշտելով , որ ԲՀԿ-ն «լուռ» է մնում:

Բոլորս էլ շատ լավ հիշում ենք մարտի 1-յան ահասարսուռ դեպքերը և իշխանությունների կողմից վարած անօրինականությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ պետք է հասկանալ, որ մարտի 1-յան իրադարձությունները քաղաքական հարթակից տեղափոխվեցին իրավական հարթակ, բայց ցավոք ավելի քան 10 տարի մեղավորներից ոչ ոք պատասխանատվության չենթարկվեց:

«Թավշյա հաղափոխությունից» հետո իրավապահ մարմինները սկսել են ակտիվ զբաղվել այդ գործով, և արդեն տեսանելի են արդյունքներ:Ինչպես նշել է Միքայել Մելքումյանը «տեղի է ունենում իրավական գործընթաց , հարցը չարժե քաղաքականացնել», բայց չգիտես ինչու ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն, լինելով խորհրդարանական կուսակցություններ, իրենց թույլ են տալիս այդ պրոցեսը քաղաքականացնել: Պարոնայք, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու համար և իրավապահ մարմինների հավաստմամբ առկա են ապացույցներ, ապա կարող ե՞ք բացատրել թե որտեղ եք տեսնում քաղաքական հետապնդում կամ հալածանք: Կամ խոսքս ուղղեմ այն լրատվականներին, ովքեր մեղադրում են ԲՀԿ-ին չարձագանքելու համար, և ասեմ , որ եթե կուսակցություն չի քաղաքականացնում իրավական գործընթացը, դա չի նշանակում, որ կուսակցությունը լռում է, ուղղակի կուսակցությունը ավելի պարզ ու սթափ է նայում հարցին, և որոշների պես չի վախենում , որ հերթը իրեն էլ կհասնի: Այնուամենայնիվ հուսանք , որ այս ամենը կունենա լավ վերջաբան, և մեղավորը կպատժվի օրենքի ամբողջ խստությամբ:
