Իրականում ինչի՞ համար է բումերանգը

Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Բումերանգը նետելու զենք է, որն ունի նետողի մոտ վերադառնալու հատկություն:

Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:

Պարզվում է՝ լինում է երկու տեսակի բումերանգ՝ հետ վերադարձող և չվերադարձող: Ընդ որում, հետ վերադարձող բումերանգը զենք չի հանդիսացել, այն օգտագործել են որսորդության մեջ և կրոնական ծեսերում: Հետ վերադարձող բումերանգը թեթև է և արագ: Անգամ նրա ամենածանր տեսակը, օրինակ, կենգուրուին դիպչելիս միայն թեթև ցավ կպատճառի:

Որսորդության մեջ այն օգտագործվել է ոչ թե անմիջականորեն որսին խոցելու համար, այլ որպես բազեների իմիտացիա՝ որսին թաքնված տեղից տեղաշարժելու համար: Որոշ հետազոտողներ նշում են, որ վերադարձող բումերանգը կարող էր օգտագործվել նաև անմիջականորեն մանր որսին խոցելու համար, բայց պրակտիկայում այդպիսի բան ոչ ոք չի տեսել: Հետո էլ, եթե այն կոնկրետ խոցելու համար է, ապա ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի հետ վերադառնալը, միևնույն է՝ որսը արդեն փախած կլինի: Ավստրալիայի աբորիգենները բումերանգը նաև այլ նպատակներով են օգտագործել, օրինակ՝ հող փորելու, կրակ ստանալու, կնոջը ծեծելու (ոչ նետելով, այլ որպես ձեռքի փայտ՝ հարվածներ հասցնելով) և այլ նպատակներով: Ներկայումս վերադարձող բումերանգները ունեն սպորտային և զվարճանքի նշանակություն: Անգամ ԱՄՆ–ում և Ավստրալիայում բումերանգ նետելու մրցույթներ են անցկացվում:

Այդ մրցույթներում գնահատվում են նետելու հեռավորությունը, ճշգրտությունը և թռիչքի ժամանակը:

Հետ վերադարձող դասական բումերանգը ունի աղեղի ձև, բավականին տափակ է և թեթև, նրա երկու ծայրերի միջև հեռավորությունը 38–46 սանտիմետր է, ծայրերի միջև անկյունը կազմում է 70–110 աստիճան: Վերադարձող բումերանգը ունակ է թռչել մինչև 90 մետր և բարձրանալ օդ 15 մետր: Դրա ժամանակակից տեսակները պատրաստում են փայտից, ֆաներայից, պլաստմասայից կամ թեթև մետաղներից: Ի տարբերություն մարտական չվերադարձող բումերանգների, որոնք նետում են հորիզոնական դիրքով, վերադարձող բումերանգը պետք է նետել ուղղահայաց, հակառակ դեպքում այն չի վերադառնա:

Բումերանգ կարելի է պատրաստել ցանկացած խիտ թղթից, օրինակ՝ այցեքարտից: Դրա համար այցեքարտը պետք է կտրել Г տառի տեսքով, և նրա երկու ծայրերը թեթև ճկել ժամացույցի սլաքին հակառակ: Որպեսզի այն նետվի, պետք է թեթևակի բռնել մատներով նրա մի ծայրից և հետո մյուս ձեռքի մատով թեթևակի կտտացնել մյուս ծայրին:

Ինձ թվում է, որ մեր կանանց հարցերով հասարակական կազմակերպությունները պետք է անողոք պայքար սկսեն բումերանգների դեմ, որովհետև հնարավոր է՝ այս պահին տուրուվալ ցեղի մի տղամարդ բումերանգով ծեծում է իր կնոջը, քանի որ վերջինս համարձակվել է թեկնածությունը դնել ցեղի ավագանու անդամ դառնալու համար: Շարժումը կարելի է կոչել «Քայլ արա, մերժիր բումերանգին»:
