Mamul.am կայքը պետք է կա՛մ ներողություն խնդրի, կա՛մ ենթարկվի պատասխանատվության

Սևակ Ասլանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ լրատվական կայքերից մեկը՝ mamul.am-ը նյութ հրապարակեց, որտեղ նշվում էր թե իբր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իրեն պատկանող գազալցակայանների աշխատակիցներին պարտադրել է իր կողմից ներկրված «Նիվա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա գնել շուկայականից 60% ավելի թանկ գնով, որի դիմաց աշխատակիցները պետք է վճարեին ամսական աշխատավարձերից 80,000-ական դրամ պահելով:

Նորությունը այնքան զավեշտալի և անտրամաբանական էր, որ հանգեցրեց մի շարք արձագանքների, այդ թվում և կայքի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

Սկսենք նրանից, որ «Մամուլը» հրապարակել էր նյութ, որտեղ խոսվում էր 2011-14 թվականների մասին և նման եղելության դեպքում այն արդեն վաղուց հրապարակային ինֆորմացիա կլիներ: Այնուհետև հարկ է նշել, որ հենց ինքը՝ Mamul.am-ը իր տեքստի տակ փոքր կարմիր տառերով նշել էր, որ նյութը պաշտոնական չէ:

Ինչևէ, հարկ է նշել այն, ինչը եղել է իրականում: «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռը, ընդառաջելով մի շարք աշխատակիցների խնդրանքին, առանց կանխավճարի, մաքսազերծված և միանգամայն նոր ավտոմեքենաներ է վաճառել նրանց, և դա արել է շուկայանից ցածր գներով, մասնավորապես՝ ԼԱԴԱ 2107 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ 2,5 մլն դրամ, ԼԱԴԱ 2109 մակնիշի մեքենա՝ 2,7 մլն դրամ և ԼԱԴԱ 2121 Նիվա մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա՝ 4 մլն դրամով: Աշխատակիցների խնդրանքով տեղի ունեցած գործարքի արդյուքնում նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ամսեկան վճարելով 60-ից 80 հազար դրամ, ձեռք է բերել միանգամայն նոր, և շուկայականից ցածր արժեքով ավտոմեքենա՝ արտոնյալ պայմաններով:

Ավելին. «Մամուլի» գրածը այն ասիճանի սուտ էր, որ թերթի Ֆեյբուքյան էջի այդ նորության մեկնաբանությունում, պատմության սուտ լինելը շեշտում էին անգամ այնպիսի մարդիկ, որոնք կապ էլ չունեին «Մուլտի Գրուպի» հետ:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է հենց Mamul.am կայքին, որը երևի մտածում էր, որ կարող է զրպարտել ում ուզի, ապա այն կամ պետք է հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից, կամ էլ գործը կուղղվի դատարան և կայքը կենթարկվի պատասխանատվության օրենքով սահմանված կարգով՝ զրպարտություն տարածելու համար:
