Ո՞ր մարմնի կցակառույցն է mamul.am-ը. Ոստիկանությա՞ն, ԱԱԾ-ի՞, թե՞ վերահսկողական ծառայություն է

Քաղաքագիտական աքսիոմա կարելի է համարել այն միտքը, որ ազատ մամուլը ժողովրդավարության անկյունաքարն է: ԶԼՄ-ներում բազմակարծության կարևորությունը, քաղաքացիներին տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելիս օբյեկտիվ, որակյալ ու էթիկական լրագրության նշանակությունը, ինչպես նաև իշխանությունների հաշվետվողականության ապահովման նրանց գործառույթը անփոխարինելի են և չկրկնվող:

ԶԼՄ-ներն են ձևավորում հասարակական կարծիք, և սա անշրջելի իրողություն է: Եվ երբ նույն ԶԼՄ-ները վերոնշյալ գործառույթը ծառայեցնում են հասարակությանը միտումնավոր նենգափոխված ինֆորմացիով սնելուն և թունավորելուն, «ամոթի պատ», այսինքն՝ սև ցուցակ ստեղծելու գաղափարը ավելի քան արդիական է դառնում:

Ամեն անգամ, երբ տեղի են ունենում մեծ քաղաքական կամ հասարակական փոփոխություններ, անմիջապես համացանցում ակտիվանում են որոշ կայքեր, որոնք փորձում են դրանից օգուտ քաղել՝ հայտնիություն ձեռք բերել կամ ապահովել լրացուցիչ այցելություններ: Նման կայքերի դեպքում մեծամասամբ դա արվում է պատվիրատուի և արդեն ձևավորված լսարանի միջև կամուրջ դառնալու համար: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ լրատվականը պատվեր է կատարում կոնկրետ անձանց հետ կապված:
