Այլևս պետք է օրենքի ուժով կասեցնել մամուլում անձի մասին ազատորեն տարաժվող զրպարտանքները

Նարեկ Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հասկանալի է ու տեսանելի, որ այս օրերին մի շարք լրատվականներ ձեռնամուխ են եղել ստերի տարածման ու հանրության ապակողմնորոշման ստոր գործին: Բայց այս ամենը գնալով դառնում է գարշելի, քանի որ նրանց կողմից տարածվող «լրատվությոնն» արդեն բացահայտ կեղծիքի ու ստի վրա է հիմնվում:

Ահա այդպիսի բազայի վրա «սկանդալներ» սարքողները երբեմն անցնում են թուլատրելի բոլոր սամանները և դա անում են կամ տուրք տալով պատվերները անվերապահորեն կատարելու մոլուցքին, կամ էլ պարզապես իրենց անբովանդակ կայքի վրա ուշադրություն հրավիրելու համար: Թե առաջին, թե երկրոդ ախտանիշներով մշտապես աչքի ընկնողների մեջ առաջին հորիզոնականներում է Mamul.am կայքը, ով «էստի համեցեքների» կարկառուն ներկյացուցիչներից է ու մի քանի կոպեսկ վաստակելու համար պատրաստ է ամեն բանի վրայով անցնել: Ահավասիկ այսօր սույն կայքը մի զազրախոսությամբ է հանդես եկել, և կաշվից դուրս գալով՝ փորձել է այսօր ամենից բարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչներից մեկի՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին հերթական սադրիչ նյութն է գրել: Իբրև թե ժամանակին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը 1000 «Նիվա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա է ներկրել Հայաստան, որոնք ստիպել է, որ գրեն իրեն պատկանող գազալցակայանների աշխատակիցներիը, իսկ վճարումն արվել է նրանց աշխատավարձից պահումներ անելով: Կայքըչի զլանոմ ավելի գունագեղ գրելու հարցում և շարունակում է ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրին տուրք տալ՝ գրելվ, որ վաճառել է շուկայականից ավելի թանկ գնով:

Ինչ խոսք՝ իրականության խեղաթյուրման «մեթոդները» գնալով գարշելի են դառնում այս զիբիլաթերթի մոտ, քանի որ ոչ միայն խոսում է չեղած, գոյություն չունեցած բաի մասին, ոչ միայն ոտքերն է սրբում լրագրողական էթիկայի վրա, այև միտումնավոր կերպով խաղում է մարդկանց հեղինակությա հետ, այս պարագայում՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի:

Բայց հասարակությունը այլևս զանազանում է կեղծիքն ու պատվերը և իրականույունը բավականին լավ է պատկերացնում: Հասկանալի է նաև մի պատզ ճշմարտություն, որ «տերերով կայքերը» ուղղակի հակավարկանիշային գործիք են ու ոչինչ ավելին: Բայց նմանօրինակ էժանագին ճանապարով որևէ արդյունքի հասնել չեն կարող: Հակառակը՝ իրենց իսկ անունն են մրոտում, քանի որ հրապարակավ զրպարտանք են տարածել անձի անվան շուրջ, պարտավորվելու են նաև հրապարակավ ներողություն խնդրել, այլապես զրպարտանքը օրենքով կարգավորվաղ կատեգորիա է և հարցը կարող է այլ դաշտ տեղափոխվել:
