«Առաջինության» համախտանիշ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Առաջին հորիզոնականը սպորտում, լեռնագնացության, ճանապարհորդության, գիտության և բազմաթիվ այլ բնագավառներում պատվավոր է: Ինչ խոսք, առաջինը լինելը և՛ ինքնաբավ է, և՛ հաճելի: Սակայն երբ «առաջինների» շքերթ կամ առաջինը լինելու մանիա է սկսվում պետական չինովնիկական օղակներում, ծնունդ է առնում զավեշտը: Խորհրդային միության գոյության շուրջ 7 տասնամյակի ընթացքում կար առաջին քարտուղարի պաշտոնը, իհարկե, որոշակի փուլերում այս պաշտոնը վերացվել է, ապա նորից վերականգնվել, դա էական չէ, էականն այն էր, որ առաջին քարտուղար նշանակվում էր առաջինը հավասարների մեջ: Իհարկե, կարող ենք ասել, որ դա ամբողջատիրական Խորհրդային Միությունն էր, որ առաջին քարտուղար նշանակում էր «գահի ժառանգորդ», սակայն դրանից ներկա իրադրության հետ աղերսները շատ չեն փոխվում:

Որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ, օրինակ, առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը ստեղծվեց ու կարվեց Կարեն Կարապետյանի «հագով»` կրկին` հավասարների մեջ առավել լինելու մտայնությամբ: Սակայն անգամ սա էլ մի կողմ: Այսօր կան առաջին տեղակալներ, առաջին փոխնախարարներ, առաջին խորհրդականներ, նույնիսկ առաջին օգնականներ և տարատեսակ այլ «առաջիններ», և տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե այդ «առաջին» –ը խորը բովանդակություն է պարունակում կամ ինչ–որ կերպ չինովնիկին դարձնում է վերերկրային ծագման էակի:

Ի դեպ, երբեմն առաջինների պայքարում գրանցվում են զավեշտալի դեպքեր, օրինակ, ոչ վաղ անցյալում չափազանցված լրջությամբ հանրային քննարկում էր ընթանում, թե ով է լինելու երկրի առաջին տիկինը` վարչապետի՞, թե՞ նախագահի կինը: Ինչևէ, առնվազն տարօրինակ քննարկումների թեմաներ են, երբեմն հումորի առիթ, իսկ երբեմն էլ լուրջ մտահոգության, քանի որ առաջին չինովնիկ լինելու ձգտումները, որպես կանոն, լավ տեղ չեն տանում, որովհետև, երբ հավասարների մեջ մեկը փորձում է երկրորդների դասում առաջինը լինել, լինի դա թիմ, կոլեկտիվ, թե ինչ–որ այլ բան, ապա սկսվում է կազմաքանդում, ինտրիգներ ու կուլիսային վերադասավորումներ:

Չենք կարծում, թե նոր կառավարությունն ու նրան առընթեր կառույցները այսօրինակ երևույթներ թույլ տալու և հանդուրժելու ներուժ ունեն, ընդհակառակը` ներկա թիմին օդի և ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ են համախմբվածությունն ու հրապարակայնությունը, այլապես կունենանք Օրուելի «Անասնաֆերմայի» վերջաբանը, երբ խոզերն ու մարդիկ այլևս չէին տարբերվում մեկը մյուսից:
