Օսիպյանը երևի մոռացել է, ինչպես կոծկեց եղբոր որդու կատարած հանցանքը

Սերոբ Ամոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոր ու արդար Հայաստան կառուցելը մեր բոլորիս երազանքն է, սակայն այդ ճանապարհը այդքան էլ հարթ չի ընթանում, քանզի պատասխանատու պաշտոններին նշանակվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր ժամանակին հանցանք են կոծկել:

Այս համատեքստում պետք է թարմացնել Վալերի Օսիպյանի հիշողությունը: Տպավորություն է, որ նոր պաշտոնը այնքան է արբեցրել ու կուրացրել նրան, որ մոռացել է անցյալը:

Այսօր ոստիկանապետ դարձած Վալերի Օսիպյանը տարիներ առաջ պատասխանատվությունից ազատել է իր եղբոր որդուն՝ Սեդրակ Օսիպյանին, ով մեղադրվում էր դանակահարության մեջ: Ստորև ներկայացված տեսանյութում մի կին պնդում է, որ Օսիպյանը իրեն բացահայտ կերպով առաջարկել է, որ դանակահարության պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնի նրա որդին, որը ևս վիճաբանության մասնակից է եղել է: Օսիպյանը փորձել է եղբոր տղայի կատարած հանցանքը բարդել ուրիշի վրա, որպեսզի իր ազգանունը չվարկաբեկվի:

Դանակահարվածը արդյունքում կորցրել էր փայծաղը, սակայն երկար ջանքերից հետո երբ այդպես էլ հնարավոր չեղավ գործը բարդել ուրիշի վրա, Օսիպյանը դիմեց այլ քայլի և քրեական գործը դանակահարությունից ամիսներ անց կարճվեց այն հիմքով, իբր դանակահարվածը ոչ թե դանակարհերվել էր, այլ սայթաքել: Այսինքն՝ սայթաքելուց կորցրել էր փայծաղը:

Երեկ Օսիպյանը զարմանում էր, թե ինչպես կարող է Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովը սայթաքել ու սալջարդ ստանալ, բայց մոռացել է, թե ինչպես իր ջանքերով տարիներ առաջ տուժողը «սայթաքեց» ու կորցրեց փայծաղը:

Ի դեպ ոստիկանապետին վայել չէ իր անվան հետ կապված նման պատմությունը և նոր Հայաստանում գուցե Օսիպյանը ճիշտ կաներ հենց այդ կոծկած քրեական գործը վերաբացելուց սկսեր: Իսկ գուցե նա արդեն մոռացե՞լ է այդ գործի մասին, այդ պատճառով մենք պարբերաբար կթարմացնենք նրա հիշողությունը:
