ԶԼՄ-ների համար «իրավիճակ չի փոխվել»

Մանե Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ հայաստանյան լրատվականները հաջողությամբ «պայթեցնում» էին համացանցը ՀԱՕԿ Նախագահի օգնականի ձերբակալման մասին նյութերով: Հանուն արդարության պետք է փաստել, որ, ցավոք, մեր ԶԼՄ-ների համար «իրավիճակ չի փոխվել», նրանց համար դեռևս բացարձակապես միևնույն է, թե «պայթեցմանը» նաապատրաստած նյութը ինչ աղերսներ ունի իրականության հետ և որքանով է մեղանչում արդարության դեմ: Առանց սպասելու պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությանը, առաջատարից մինչև ճ-դասի բոլոր լրատվականները տարածեցին ձերբակալման մասին նյութը՝ խախտելով օրենքով սահմանված անմեղության կանխավարկածը, և հաճախ նույնիսկ հոդվածներում ավելացնելով սեփական մտքի գոհարները՝ գնահատականների տեսքով: Սա դեռ չարյաց փոքրագույնը կլիներ, եթե վերջիններս գոնե տարբերեին միմյանցից «կալանավորում» և «ձերբակալում» իրավական տերմինները՝ գիտակից ընթերցողին շփոթության մեջ չգցելու համար:

Հարգելիներս, Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունը համարվում է ոչ իրավաչափ, դեռևս առկա չէ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Տուժող Վ. Հարությունովը, ում հայտնի տեսանյութում Գ. Ծառուկյանը դիմում է «ախպեր»-ով՝ ի պատասխան ստանալով շնորհակալություններ, հրաժարվել է սեփական ցուցմունքից: Ձերբակալության համար իրավական հիմքեր պարզապես չկան, և Է. Բաբայանը օրենքի սահմաններում ազատ կարձակվի:

Իսկ ահա այն ԶԼՄ-ները, ովքեր ձերբակալման մասին նորությունից 5 րոպե անց քաղաքական ֆուտուռոլոգիայով էին զբաղված, ամենայն լրջությամբ պնդելով, թե Ծառուկյանը կհեռանա քաղաքականությունից, կամ որ 50+1-ի հավակնող քաղաքական ուժը արդեն 5 տոկոսի էլ չպետք է հավակնի, քաղաքական անհաջող շոուների ավարտից հետո մնալու են իրենց լսարանի հետ դեմ-հանդիման:
