Իրավական մեթոդներով քաղաքական խնդիրներ լուծելը անթույլատրելի է

Արման Հովակիմյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունը ոչ իրավաչափ է, քանի որ չկա Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի վնասվածքների մասին դատաբժշկական փորձանքնության եզրակացություն, այսինքն չկա եզրակացություն, որ այդ վնասվածքները եղել են ծեկռտուքի արդյունքում, այլ ոչ թե ընկնելու:

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Հարությունովը, ով ի սկզբանե հայտարարել էր, որ ծեծի է ենթարկվել, հետո ինքն անձամբ հերքեց իր հնչեցրած մեղադրանքները, հայտարարելով, որ ընկել է աթոռի վրա: Եթե չկա բողոք, այսիքն չկա տուժող, և ոչ մի ծեծկռտուք չի եղել, ապա ի՞նչ հիմքով է Ծառուկյանի օգնականը այժմ ձերբակալված: Հենց այս հանգամանքները հիմք են տալիս պնդելու, որ Էդուարդ Բաբայանի ձերբակալությունը ոչ իրավաչափ է: Իսկ եթե այսքանից հետո նա ազատ չի արձակվում, իսկ որոշ կայքեր շարունակում են ուղղորդված կերպով շահարկել այս թեման, տալով դրան քաղաքական երանգ, ուրեմն այս ամենի հիմքում հստակ քաղաքական շարժառիթներ են:

Նշենք, որ կայքերից մեկը անգամ այնքան հեռու էր գնացել իր շահարկումներում, որ գրել էր, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այս ամենի արդյունքում պետք է հեռացվի քաղաքականությունից: Իհարկե նմանատիպ կայքերով պետք է զբաղվի ԱԱԾ-ն, քանի որ կայքը բացահայտ կերպով մերաղրում է նոր Կառավարությանը հին մեթոդներով գործելու, այս կամ այն գործչին «քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելու» մեջ; Նմանատիպ շահարկումենրը, որոնք իհարկե նպատակ ունեն ցեխ շպրտել Ծառուկյանի վրա, քանի որ տարիներ շարունակ ատամները սրած սպասել են նման միջադեպի և այժմ գործի անցել, չեն հասկանում, որ նման վերլուծություններով վնասում են նոր Հայաստանին՝ նրան վերագրելով բացահայտ ապօրինի ու հակասահմանադրական գործողություններ, ինչպիսին Ծառուկյանին քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելն է:

Ծառուկյանը բացառիկ վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական գործիչ է և հասկանալի,է որ լուրջ մրցակից է ապագա ընտրություններում: Թերևս հենց քաղաքական մրցակցությունն է պատճառը, որ այսօր ոչ իրավաչափ կերպով ձերբակալված է պահվում Ծառուկյանի օգնականը, իսկ որոշ ուժեր այս ամենի մեջ արագորեն փորձում են ներքաշել նաև Ծառուկյանին: Շահարկումը ակնհայտ է, իսկ դրդապատճառները՝ տեսանելի: 

Սակայն ամեն դեպքում, որքան էլ քաղաքականությունը ենթադրի մրցակցություն (այլ կերպ չի էլ կարող լինել), անթույլատրելի է իրավական մեթոդներով քաղաքական խնդիրներ լուծելը: Առավել ևս անթույլատրելի է նոր Հայաստանում, որը հավակնում է իսկապես իրավական պետություն դառնալ, առանց իրավական հիմքերի մարդուն ձերբակալված պահելը:
