Հասմիկ Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններից թերևս ամենաքննարկվածը իրականության հետ կապ չունեցող դեպք էր: Չնայած վաղ առավոտից բոլորովին այլ սցենարով էր տարածվում Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի ծեծի հետ կապված լուրերը, սակայն որոշ մութ ուժեր, անգամ փորձեցի քաղաքական ենթատեքստ տալ դեպքին և շտապեցին հանրությանը մատուցել էլ ավելի աբսուրտ տեղեկատվություն, թե իբր դա քաղաքականությունից հեռանալու նախապայման կարող է լինել: Հիշեցնենք, որ տարծվող ապատեղեկատվությունը կառուցվել էր հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անվան շուրջ և հենց նրա անունը շահարկելու միտումով էլ դրվել էր շրջանառության մեջ: Դեպքի կապակցությամբ ձերբակալել են անգամ Ծառուկյանի օգնականին՝ Էդուարդ Բաբայանին, սակայն որոշակի ժամանակ անց պարզ դարձավ դեպքի ամբողջ իսկությունը, իսկ դրանից դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու մտադրություն ունեցող մութ ուժերն ակամայից հայտնվեցին կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ: Հարությունովն անձամբ պարզաբանումներ ներկայացրեց լրատվականներից մեկին և հավելեց, որ նա ոչ մի խնդիր չունի Ծառուկյանի հետ, առավելևս բողոք չունի նրա դեմ, քանի որ նրա հիվանդանոցում հայտնվելու պատճառն անհարմար կերպով վայր ընկնելն էր: Նույնը քիչ ավելի շուտ արձանագրել էր նաև Հարությունովի կինը: Թվում է թե, այսքանից հետո ամեն ինչ պարզ էր և Բաբայանի ձերբակալության կապակցությամբ ոչ մի իրավական հիմնավորորում այլևս չկա և նրան պետք է ազատ արձակեն, սակայն դեռ ոչ: Մեծ հաշվով իրավապահների գործողությունները այս դեպքի առնչությամբ իրավաչափ չեն, քանի որ առանց դատաբժշկական փորձաքնության արդյունքների, ձերբակալել էին Բաբայանին: Հիմա խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ անգամ այդ ամենից հետո դեռ շարունակվում են անօրինական կերպով ձերբակալված պահել Բաբայանին: Այս ամենը շոուի է նմանվում, աղմուկ առաջացնելու միտում է նկատվում, հակառակ դեպքում փաստերը ամբողջությամբ թույլ են տալիս ազատել Բաբայանին, դեռ մի բան էլ պետք է ներողութուն խնդրեն անհիմն ձերբակալելու կապակցությամբ: Հուսանք նոր Հայաստանի իրականության պարագայում կառաջնորդվենք նոր մոտցումներով և անցյալի արատավոր սկզբունքներից չենք օգտվի, երբ փորձ էր արվում քաղաքական ճնշումներ իրականացնել նման ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների շնորհիվ: Համոզված ենք, որ շատ մոտ ժամանակում Բաբայանը ազատ կարձակվի և այս չարաբաստիկ թեման վերջնականապես կհանգուցալուծվի արդարության սկզբունքներից ելնելով:
