Երեկ, «Օլիմպավանում» ՀԱՕԿ նախագահն ընդունել էր բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի անդամներին, ովքեր իրենց խնդիրների և ֆեդերացիայի անարդարությունների մասին կիսվելու և լուծումներ փնտրելու ակնկալիքով, եկել էին հանդիպման: Քննարկումը բավականին անմիջական մթնոլորտում էր կայացել, խոսվել էր ամեն ինչից, Ծառուկյանը լսել էր բոլորի առարկություններն ու քայլերի հաջորդականություն առաջարկել, ինչն էլ հանգեցնելու էր խնդիրների վերջնական լուծման: Հատկապես առանձնանում էր աշխարհի չեմպիոն Հարությունովի հոր խնդրանքը, ով տարիներ շարունակ չկարողանալով լուծել իր տղայի խնդիրը, դիմել էր Ծառուկյանին: ՀԱՕԿ նախագահն ինչպես և բոլոր դեպքերում, խոստացավ օգնել և հանձնարարեց մանրակրկտորեն դիտարկել խնդիրը: Այնուետև այսօր կեղծ լուրեր տարածվեցին առ այն, թե իբր նույն Հարությունովի և Ծառուկյանի մեջ խոսակցություն է առաջացել, ինչի արդյունքում Ծառուկյանի օգնականը ծեծել է Հարությունովին: Լուրն իրոք աբսուրդի ժանրից էր, քանիզ տեսանյութում պարզ երևում էր, որ Հարությունովը չափազանց գոհ էր Ծառուկյանի աջակցության պատրաստակամությունից և ուրիշ այլ խոսակցություն այդքանից հետո, ուղղակի չէր կարող լինել: Այնուհետև նույն Հարությունովի կինը, լրատվականներից մեկի հետ զրույցում հավաստիացրեց, որ իր ամուսնու վնասվածքները պայմանավորված են նրա վայր ընկնելու հանգանքով և որ նրա կողմից նախքան այդ հրապարակված հայտարարություններն արվել են անադեկվատ վիճակում, թմրեցնող դեղերի ազդեցության տակ: Հարթակը թաց է եղել, ինչն էլ նպաստել է Հարությունովի սայթաքելուն և վայր ընկնելուն: Այսինքն ընդհանուր առմամբ Հարությունովը մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացել է վայր ընկնելուց և ոչ ոք նրան չի ծեծել:

Այստեղ հարցը սակայն բոլորովին այլ հարթության վրա է տեղափոխվում, երբ այսքանից հետո ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Ծառուկյանի օգնականին՝ Էդուարդ Բաբայանին, ձերբակալել են հանիրավի: Միթե՞ ցանկացած չտրամաբանված ցուցմունք պետք է արժանացնել նման վերաբերմունքի, երբ հետագայում շատ պարզ իրավիճակում, ապացուցվելու էր ձերբակալվածի անմեղությունը: Միթե՞ հնարավոր չէր նախքան ձերբակալությունը այդ ամենը պարզել: Այս ամենից հետո, օրինապահները պարտավոր են Բաբայանին ազատ արձակել, քանի որ չկա իրավական հիմք նրան կալանքի տակ պահելու կամ առհասրակ ձերբակալելու համար:
