Երբ դեղերի ազդեցության տակ ասվածը դառնում է ձերբակալության հիմք

Գարիկ Գասպարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր ոմն Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունովի բողոքի հիման վրա ձերբակալվել է ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օգնական Էդուարդ Բաբայանը: Մեկ մարդու խոսքերը, որոնք դեռ լուրջ ապացույցի կարիք ունեն, հիմք են հանդիսացել, որպեսզի Ծառուկյանի օգնականին ձերբակալեն:

Այնինչ մարդը նման մեղադրանք կարող է հնչեցնել շահադիտական նպատակներով, կամ լինելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, կամ ինչ-որ այլ գործոնների ազդեցության տակ:

Հարությունովը ասել է, որ իրեն ծեծի են ենթրակել Օլիմպավանում, որտեղ երեկ ընթանում էր հանդիպում Բռցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Հարությունովի որդին բռնցքամարտի աշխարհի չեմպիոն է և նա խնդրել էր Գագիկ Ծառոկյանին, որպեսզի նա լուծի իր որդու՝ հետախուզման մեջ գտնվելու հետ կապված հարցերը: Ծառուկյանը խոսք էր տվել զբաղվել այդ խնդրով և օրենքի սահմաններում ամեն ինչ կարգավորել, իսկ Հարությունովը շնորհակալություն էր հայտնել Ծառուկյանին իր խնդրին ականջալուր լինելու համար, ինչը պարզ երևում է նաև այս տեսանյութում: Իսկ հաջորդ օրն արդեն հայտարարել էր, որ իրեն ծեծի են ենթարկել:

Ի դեպ Հարությունովի կինը արդեն իսկ խոսել է և ասել, որ իր ամուսինը սայթաքել է և ընկել, տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց, որտեղ էլ դեղերի ազդեցության տակ հնչեցրել է նման անհիմն մեղադրանքներ:

Զրամանալի է, որ նմանատիպ ստահոդ մեղադրանքները հիմք են ծառայում մարդուն ձերբակալելու որոշում կայացնելու համար, այն դեպքում, երբ մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնողի կինը հերքում է ամուսնու ասածները, նշելով նաև, որ իրենք միշտ շատ լավ հարաբերությունների մեջ են եղել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ:

Հուսով ենք որ այս խնդիրը արագորեն կկարգավորվի և անհիմն ձերբակալվածներ Հայաստանում այլևս չեն լինի:
