Երկրում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակը դրական տեղաշարժեր գրանցելու նոր հնարավորություններ է ընձեռնում: Բացի ներքաղաքական և ներհամակարգային բարեփոխումներից և ձեռքբերումներից, հարկավոր է նաև հայացք սևեռել արտաքին աշխարհի և հատկապես ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներին:

Ահա այս համատեքստում էլ օրերս կայացել է ԲՀԿ-առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և ՀՀ-ում Հնդկաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Յոգեշվար Սանգվանի հանդիպումը: Նմանատիպ ֆորմատի հանդիպումներ Ծառուկյանը հաճախակի է ունենում, քանի որ դրանք միտված են երկրների փոխգործակցությանը, որը ներառում է տարբեր ոլորտներ: Սկսած առևտրաշրջանառությունից և բարեկամական հարաբերություններից, վերջացրած գործարար կապերի ամրապնդումից և նորերի ստեղծումից: Ծառուկյանն անկասկած ամենալավն է պատկերացնում և գնահատում հնարավորություններն ու կարևորությունը նոր ներդումներ ներգրավելու և գործարար կապեր ստեղծելու համար, քանզի նա տարիներ շարունակ գործունեությւոն է ծավալել նաև հենց այդ ոլորտում և տարիներ շարունակ նպաստել է ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգամցմանն ու բարգավաճմանը: Հենց դա է պատճառը նաև, որ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով մոտ ապագայում Հայաստան են ժամանելու թվով 140 հնդիկ գործարարներ, ովքեր հավուր պատշաճի ծանոթանալով երկրում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակի և հաշվի առնելով Ծառուկյանի անձը, ներդրումներ կատարելու բարենպաստ պայմաններ կունենան: Իհարկե սա ոչ առաջին ու ոչ էլ վերջին դեպքն է, երբ Ծառուկյանի անձը որպես երաշխիք ընդունելով, արտերկրի գործարարները ներդրումներ են կատարում Հայաստանում:

Ինչևէ հուսանք սա վարակիչ կլինի, հուսանք նմանատիպ՝ ՀՀ տնտեսությունն առողջացնելու նախագծերի շատ ականատես կլինենք, ինչն էլ նպաստելու է կայուն և զարգացող պետություն ունենալու հայի բաղձալի երազանքի իրականացմանը:
