Իսկապե՞ս Վազգեն Սարգսյանը նման բան էր ասել

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանն օրերս լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր, թե նրա շուրջ ձեւավորված քաղաքական եւ հասարակական մթնոլորտը չի կարող բարենպաստ անդրադառնալ գործի օբյեկտիվ քննությանը։

«Երբ օդում առկախում են ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի նկատմամբ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել, վերացնել, ցեղը ջնջել, դա արդարադատություն չէ, այլ ինքնադատաստան», ասել է նա։

Բայց այս հայտարարություններից հետո նա ասել է բաներ, որոնք «ջրում» են խնդրի իրավական կողմը: Լեւոն Բաղդասարյանն օրինակ ասել է, որ ազատագրված տարածքների ուղղակի կրողն է նաեւ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը։

Բացի այդ, նա հղում է արել Վազգեն Սարգսյանի հայտարարությանը Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մասին. «Արցախյան հերոսամարտի ժամանակ՝ 1994 թվականին, պատերազմի վաթսուն տոկոսը եղել է Մանվելի ուսերին»:

Իսկապե՞ս Վազգեն Սարգսյանը նման բան է ասել: Գուցե նկատի է ունեցել թալա՞նը, որի 60 տոկոսը հաստատ եղել է «նրա ուսերին», եթե ոչ ավելին: Հնարավոր է՝ Վազգեն Սարգսյանը համարժեք պատկերացում չուներ իրավիճակի մասին, կամ հենվում էր հենց Մանվելի զեկույցների վրա, ով նրա վստահելի մարդն էր:

Ղարաբաղում պատերազմի վեկտորը փոխվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը Վազգեն Սարգսյանին հեռացրեց պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնից եւ նշանակեց Վազգեն Մանուկյանին: Միջին եւ բարձր օղակի հրամանատարները, որոնց ուսերին էր ռազմական գործողությունների ողջ ծանրությունն ու պատասխանատվությունը, նշում էին, որ Վազգեն Մանուկյանի օրոք իրավիճակը կտրուկ փոխվեց. Իրենց արդեն ոչ ոք չէր խանգարում, ժամանակին ստանում էին անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ:

Վազգեն Սարգսյանը վստահում էր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին, ով երկու ուղղությամբ՝ Հադրութում ու Մարտակերտում, այնքան էր տարված թալանով, որ իր հրամանատարության տակ գտնվող ուժերը սարսափելի կորուստներ էին կրում ռազմի դաշտում:

1993-1994թթ. ձմռան ամիսներին, Հորադիզի մսաղացների ժամանակ հարյուրավոր զոհեր եղան նրա հանցավոր գործունեության ու ոչ կոմպետենտության պատճառով: Իսկ 1994 թ. գարնանը Մարտակերտում նա փաստացի տապալեց մի օպերացիա, որով ծրագրված էր հայկական ուժերը դուրս բերել Միր-Բաշիրի ու Թարթառի ուղղությամբ: Ինքը Մանվելը ժամանակին արդարանում էր, թե «Շմայսին հարցրեք՝ ինչքան զոհեր էին լինում»:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանը ճիշտ կանի մոռանա պատերազմի ու գեներալի «վաստակի» մասին եւ զբաղվի զուտ իրավական հարցերով:
