Թերթը արջի ծառայություն է մատուցու՞մ

Դավիթ Բերբերյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր «Հրապարակ» թերթը տպագրել է մի զարմանալի հոդված, որտեղ, ըստ իր «տեղեկություների» ներկայացրել է ԱԱԾ-ի հաջորդ ստուգումների հաջորդ հնարավոր թիրախներին, իսկ հետո կրկին հիմնվելով իր աղբյուրների վրա, գրել է, իբր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին զգուշացվել է հրաժարվել ընտրությունների մասնակցությունից, այլապես ԱԱԾ-ն կարող է այցելել նաև նրան։

Սա ոչ միայն սովորական ապատեղեկատվություն է, քանի որ այս թերթոնը բազմիցս ապացուցել է, որ իր աղբյուրների վրա հիմնված լուրերը միշտ իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում և հորինվածք են (հիշեցնենք «Հրապարակ»-ի տխրահռչակ նյութը՝ ըստ իր աղբյուրների ՎանոՍիրադեղյանի մահվան մասին), այլ նաև թիկունքից դաշույնի հարված գործող Կառավարությանը։

Նախ այս հոդվածով թերթը բացահայտ կերպով քաղաքականացնում է ԱԱԾ-ն, այն իրավապահ մարմնից վերածելով քաղաքական մահակի, որով «պատժում են» բարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող գործիչներին։ Սրանով, կարծում ենք, պետք է հենց ԱԱԾ-ն զբաղվի և մանրամասն բացատրի թերթին, թե ինչում են իրականում կայանում իրենց գործառույթները, հասկացնելով, որ նման փնթի գրոծելաոճով թերթը ուղղակի լուրջ վնաս է հասցնում ԱԱԾ-ի վարկանիշին։

Երկրորդ, թերթը սրանով արջի ծառայություն է մատուցում նաև գործող կառավարությանը՝ հատկապես Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասով գրված պրիմիտիվ հիմարության մասով։ Մասնավորպես թերթը իր հոդվածով ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք ամենևին էլ նոր Հայաստանում չենք ապրում և փաստորեն չեն անցել այն ժամանակները, երբ մարդուն կարող էին ուղղակի արգելել զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ կամ մասնակցել ընտրություններին, այն դեպքում երբ դա ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու սահմանադրական իրավունքն է։ Թերթը, հղում անելով «իր տեղեկություններին», հենց դա է ակնարկում, ձեռի հետ էլ մեղադրելով նոր Կառավարությանը հակասահմանադրական գործողությունների մեջ։ Սա ինչ է եթե ոչ զլմ-ի հակապետական գործունեություն, ինչի մասին օրեր առաջ գրառում էր արել հենց ինքը՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Հուսով ենք հաջորդ անգամ Հրապարակ թերթը, «սեփական աղբյուներին» հղում անելուց առաջ լավ կմտածի, այլապես գործող իշխանությունները պետք է լուրջ ուշադրութուն դարձնեն այս թեթրի վրա՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին և իշխանությունների բարի համբավը արատավորելու, նրանց հակասահմանադրական գործունեություն վերագրելու համար։ Իսկ նման դեպքերում ամենևին չի բացառվում, որ ԱԱԾ-ն այցելի հենց թերթի «ամառանոց»։
