Ղրիմի հարցում Թուրքիայի ու ՌԴ–ի հակասությունները պահպանվում են

Արտյոմ Բալասանովը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

«Թուրքիան ոչ մի դեպքում չի ճանաչելու Ղրիմի անօրինական անեքսիան»։ Այդ մասին Ուկրաինայի ԱԳ նախարարի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն։

Նա նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունները կրում են ռազմավարական բնույթ ու Անկարան լիովին աջակցում է Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանությանն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությանը։

Թուրքիան տասնամյակներ շարունակ Ղրիմի թաթարների գործոնը օգտագործել է Սև ծովի ավազանի հյուսիսային շրջաններում իր ազդեցությունը ամրանդելու և Ղրիմում՝ ռուսների ազդեցությանը հակազդելու համար: Ղրիմի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն հաստատելու ռուս-թուրքական աշխարհաքաղաքական հակամարտությունը ունի դարերի պատմություն: Ղրիմի թաթարները միշտ հանդես են եկել որպես թուրքական, իսլամական շահերի սպասարկող գործոն և հակակշիռ՝թերակղզում ռուսական գործոնին:

Թուրքիան ի սկզբանե հայտարարել էր, որ չի ճանաչելու Ղրիմի միացումը Ռուսաստանին և Էրդողանը այդ դիրքոշումը հաստատել է նաև Ղրիմի թաթարների Մեջլիսի նախկին ղեկավար Մուստաֆա Ջեմիլևի հետ հանդիպմանը: Անկարան փորձելու է աջակցել Ղրիմի թաթարներին տարբեր միջոցներով, որպեսզի տեղի թաթարները չլքեն թերակղզին և շարունակեն լինել ինքնուրույն գործոն և հակակշիռ՝ռուսական գործոնին և Մոսկվայի շահերին թերակղզում:

Թուրքիայի համար այսօր ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ Ղրիմի թաթարներին բացահայտ աջակցելու և ֆինանսավորելու ծրագրերը Մոսկվայի կողմից կդիտվեն որպես Ռուսաստանի ներքին գործերին միջամտություն, քանի որ Ղրիմն այսօր Ռուսաստանի դաշնային սուբյեկտ է: Չմոռանանք, որ Թուրքիան էներգետիկ մեծ կախվածություն ունի Ռուսաստանից՝ գազի առաքում, շուտով սկսվելու է նաև ատոմակայանների կառուցումը, իսկ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկները տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարների եկամուտներ են բերում՝այցելելով Թուրքիայի միջերկրածովյան հանգստավայրեր:

Անկարան փորձելու է օգտագործել Ղրիմի թաթարներին, որոնց թիվը թերակղզում հասնում է մոտավորապես 300.000-ի, որպես այսպես կոչված 5-րդ շարասյուն՝ թերակղզում անկայունության օջախ ստեղծելու համար, սակայն դա անելու են մեծ զգուշավորությամբ և հնարավոր է Կիևի իշխանությունների միջոցով:

Ռուսաստանը ցանկանում է ամեն գնով շահել Ղրիմի թաթարների վստահությունը, տրամադրել նրանց լայն իրավունքներ՝Ղրիմի կառավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել թաթարներին կառավարման բոլոր օղակներում տեղեր հատկացնել և այսպիսով թույլ չտալ Ղրիմի թաթարների մարգինալիզացումը և նրանց ինքնամեկուսացումը:

Կիևի այսօրվա իշխանությունները նույնպես ցանկանում են թերակղզում ունենալ իրենց հակառուսական դաշնակիցներին՝ ի դեմս Ղրիմի թաթարների։

Այսպիսով, Ռուսաստանի համար Ղրիմում ներքին խնդիրներ առաջացնելու, ազդեցության սեփական գործոնը ունենալու համար Անկարան ու Կիևը կարող են օգտագործել Ղրիմի թաթարների գործոնը՝ ռուսական ազդեցությունը Ղրիմում թուլացնելու և հնարավորության դեպքում ռուս-թաթարական բախումներ հրահրել։
