Անցյալի համար պատասխան տալու, և ոչ թե դատարկ վերլուծություններ գրելու ժամանակն է

Հայկուհի Թոքմաջյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բարեգործության մասին աղմկոտ օրենքը բնականաբար որոշ լրատվամաիջոցների առիթ էր տալու, որ փորձեն ընդհանուր աղմուկի մեջ, ԲՀԿ-ին փնովելու միջոցով, սեփական շահերը առաջ տանել։ Մասնավորապես որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ, որոնք առավոտից երեկո ատամները սրած սպասում են, որ մի թեմա «գտնեն» ընդդեմ ԲՀԿ-ի և սկսեն դա շահարկել, այսօր որոշել են, որ գտել են այն ի դեմս Բարեգործության մասին օրենքի նոր նախագծի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Բարեգործության մասին օրենքի նոր նախագիծը ենթադրում է, որ ստեղծվելու է պետական լիազոր մարմին, որը զբաղվելու է բարեգործական նախագծերով։ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավորները իրավամբ նկատեցին, որ օրենքը ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստ մտցնելուց առաջ ճիշտ կլիներ խորհրդակցել նաև «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի և նրա առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ, քանի որ այսօր հենց Ծառուկյանի անունն է ասոցացվում բարեգործության հետ։

«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավորների հարցը տեղին էր և նրանց բարձրացված մտահոգությունը նույնպես, քանի որ բարեգործությունը պետական վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելը իհարկե կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ առաջին հերթին անապահով խավերի համար, ովքեր այսօր այդ բարեգործության կարիքը ամենից շատ ունեն։
Սակայն որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ չգիտես ինչու որոշել են ատամներով անմիջապես կառչել այդ թեմայից և շահարկել այն։ Մասնավորապես գրվել է, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը ընդունել է իր պարտությունը և կարող է անգամ կողմ քվեարկել օրենքի նախագծին՝ այս ամենին խառնելով նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը և այն արհեստական ձևով շաղկապելով Մանվել Գրիգորյանի դեպքերի հետ։

Ընդհանրապես որևէ մեկը առնվազն անմեղսունակ պետք է լինի կամ պատվեր կատարի՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Մանվել Գրիգորյանի միջև որևէ առնչություն թեկուզ ակնարկելու համար։ Մանվել Գրիորյանը երկու օր շարունակ ստանում է իր արժանի գնահատականը հանրության և անգամ սեփական կուսակցության կողմից։ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի դեպքը այլ ուժի կողմը ուղղելը պարզապես ստորություն է, և դրանով լրատվամիջոցը ցույց է տալիս իր իրական բնույթը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է օրենքի նախագծի քվեարկությանը, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը կքվեարկի այնպես, ինչպես ճիշտ կգտնի, և դրա համար «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը պատասխանատու է միայն իր և իր ընտրողների առաջ։ Դա միայն «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի գործն է, այլ ոչ թե նախկին իշխանություններին սպասարկող և իրեն վաղուց մատնած լրատվամիջոցների, որոնց միակ խնդիրը այսօր Ծառուկյանի ու ԲՀԿ-ի մասին հերյուրանքներ գրելն ու տիրաժավորելն է։

Բարեգործության մասին օրենքի նախագծի շահարկումը ընդամենը օրինակներից մեկն է, որը մատնում է որոշ լրատվամիջոցների գործելաոճը, սակայն գաղտնիք չէ, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի բարձր վարկանիշը մշտապես ցայտնոտի մեջ է գցել ու այժմ էլ գցում նախկին իշխանություններին, ովքեր պահը բաց չեն թողնում այդ ցայտնոտը նմանատիպ գարշահոտ նյութերով ի ցույց դնելու։ Սակայն որքան մատնում են իրենց խուճապը, այնքան էլ ի տես բոլորի ցուցադրում են, որ իրենց գնացքը վերջնականապես գնացել է և իրենք վերածվել են քաղաքական զրոյի։

Այստեղ պետքէ հիշեցնել որոշ լրատվամիջոցներին և նրանց տերերին, որ ավելի լավ է իրենց կուսակիցների գործով զբաղվեն, հատկապես որ այս պահին կրում են ամբողջ հանրության բողոքի ու դժգոհության խարանը, և նման պրիմիտիվ ձևերով չեն կարող թեման շեղել կամ այդ դժգոհության սլաքը իրենց վրայից հեռացնել։ Անցյալի համար պատասխան տալու, և ոչ թե դատարակ վերլուծություններ գրելու ժամանակն է։
