Մամիկոն Մամիկոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ, իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում հրապարակվեց ՀՀ Կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը, համաձայն որի, երեք մարզիկների, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, տրվում է պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունք: Երեք մարզիկներից մեկը ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի որդին է, ով վերջերս բազկամարտի եվրոպայի առաջնության ժամանակ, արժանացել էր բրոնզե պարգևի: Նախագծում հստակ սահմանված է, որ ոչ օլիմպիական երիտասարդական մրցարշարերի դեպքում, 1-3 հորիզոնականներ զբաղեցրած մարզիկները տարկետման իրավունք են ստանում:

Բացի այդ, Նվեր Ծառուկյանը անվճար հիմունքներով է ընդունվել ԲՈՒՀ և կրկին օրենքով սահամանված կարգով մինչև 2021 թվականը ունի տարկետման իրավունք: Այսինքն այն լրատվականներն ու ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերերը, ովքեր փորձում էին շահարկել այս թեման ուղղակի ապատեղեկատվություն էին տարածում: Վերոնշյալը պարզելն ու իրականությունը հանրությանը ներկայացնելը րոպեների հարց է, սակայն երբ դա չի արվում դեռ մի բան էլ սին լուրեր են տարածվում, դա խոսում է տվյալ լրատվականների լրագրողական պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և էթիկայի բացակայության մասին, իսկ թե դրանից հետո նույն ընթերցողը ինչպիսի աչքով է նայելու տվյալ լրատվականին, կարծում ենք պարզից էլ պարզ է:
