ԱԱԾ-ի նոր բացահայտումը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության և ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպք: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության մամուլի կենտրոնը:

Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Կ-ն, 2018թ. հունիսի 7-ին Մեղրիի անցակետով մուտք գործելով Հայաստան, տաքսի ավտոմեքենայով ուղևորվել է հայ-իրանական սահմանի` նախապես պայմանավորված հատվածը, որտեղ ԻԻՀ կողմից սահմանը հատած հանցակիցը նրան է փոխանցել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` շուրջ 4 կգ «ափիոն» տեսակի և շուրջ 6 կգ «հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներով 5 փաթեթ։ Այնուհետև իրացման նպատակով այն ապօրինի փոխադրել է դեպի Գորիս քաղաք՝ նախապես պայմանավորված վայրում պահելու և պատվիրատուին փոխանցելու մտադրությամբ, սակայն ճանապարհին՝ Կապան քաղաքում, ձերբակալվել է ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից: Շարունակելով օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները` ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները նույն օրը դարանակալել և ձերբակալել են նաև թմրամիջոցների հիշյալ խմբաքանակը վերցնելու համար նշված վայր ժամանած ՀՀ քաղաքացի Գ.Ս-ին:

Ըստ օպերատիվ աղբյուրների` հայտնաբերված «ափիոն» և «հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցների ընդհանուր արժեքը «սև շուկայում» կարող է կազմել շուրջ 920 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267.1 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի («Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությունը») և 266-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի («Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն` իրացնելու նպատակով դրանց ապօրինի ձեռք բերելը, պահելը և փոխադրելը») հատկանիշներով:

Գ.Ս-ին և Ա.Կ-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանավորումը: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում հանցավոր խմբի մյուս անդամներին բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
