«Առաջին ծիծեռնակը» Էներգետիկային նախարարից եկավ

Ասանետ Լալայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ժողովրդական պայքարը հաջողությամբ պսակվեց ու այժմ իշխանությունը ժողովրդի կողմից ցանկալի ղեկավարների ձեռքում է։ Բնական է, որ հասարակությունը ակնկալում է գործնական ու տեսանելի քայլեր, որոնք պետք է ուղղակի ազդեն մարդու կենսական պայմանների վրա։ Իսկ այդպիսի հույսեր ունեն բոլորը, քանի որ հեղափոխությունը հենց փոփոխությունների համար եղավ։ Այդ հուսյերը պայմանավորված են նաև նրանով, որ հիմա այնպիսի ուժեր են Կառավարություն ձևավորել, որոնք խոսքը քամուն տվողների տեսակին չեն պատկանում։ Այս իսկ պատճառով էլ սպասվող փոփոխությունները իրենց երկար սպասեցնել չտվեցին։

Կառավարության վերջին նիստի ժամանակ անդրադարձ եղավ նաև ամենաառանցքային հարցերից մեկին՝ հոսանքի և գազի սակագնի նվազեցման հնարավորությանը։ Հիմնվելով ոլորտում իրականացված փորձագիտական ուսումնասիրության վրա՝ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը, ով ԲՀԿ քվոտայով է առաջադրված, վերոնշյալ նիստում առաջարկեց անապահով խավի համար նվազեցնել Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը։ Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, գնում է 120-130 հազար սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների մասին, որոնք այսուհետ կօգտվեն էլեկտրոէներգիայից 10 նվազեցված սակագնով։ Եվ սա դեռ գործի միայն սկիզբն է:

Արձանագրված իրողությունը թույլ է տալիս հանգել կարևոր եզրակացությունների։ Նախ, որ ճիշտ մարդիկ են հայտնվել նախարարների պաշտոններին, ու քանի որ ԲՀԿ-ական քվոտայով նշանակված նախարարի գործունեությունն է հասարակության կողմից առանձնակի ողջունվել, պետք է փաստել, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով անձամբ է զբաղվել նախարարների ընտրության գործով, կադրային ճիշտ և լավ քաղաքականություն է վարում և առաջադրում է մարդկանց, որոնց մասնագիտական կարողություններն ու նվիրումը կարող է լավագույնս ծառայել ի շահ ժողովրդի և պետության։ Երկրորդ, թույլ է տալիս փաստել, որ ժողովուրդը չի սխալվել, որ գնացել է փոփոխություների ճանապարհով, որի հետևանքով իշխանությունը այժմ հուսալի ու պետականամետ պաշտոնյաների ձեռքերում է։ Իսկ կառավարությունից եկած այս «առաջին ծիծեռնակը» թող լինի մյուս նախարարությունների համար օրինակելի ու ընդօրինակելի։
