Լավ լուր Կառավարության ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարից սոցիալապես խոցելի խավի համար

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագիրն արդեն ընդունված է ԱԺ-ի կողմից, և այժմ հասարակությունը լուրջ սպասումների մեջ է։ Իսկ դա ունի իր հիմնավոր պատճառները, քանի որ գործող Կառավարությունը կազմված է ԲՀԿ, ՀՅԴ և ԵԼՔ կուսակցությունների անդամներից, իսկական գործի նվիրյալ կադրերից, որոնք իրենց գերծունեության առաջին իսկ օրերին հասցրեցին իրենց դրսևորել ոչ միայն որպես ոլորտի գիտակներ, այլ նաև պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին լրացնել իրենցից առաջ եղածների բոլոր բացթողումներն ու կիսատ արված գործերը, ընդ որում, որևէ կերպ չկաշկանդվելով իրենց կոսակցական պատկանելությամբ։

Օրինակ, ԲՀԿ անդամ, ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, որ սկսելու է ոլորտային ստուգումների շարք և որ առաջինը ստուգելու է հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերությունները։ Նույնը հայտարարեց նաև ԱԻՆ նախարար, Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը, որ ստուգումները սկսելու է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերություններից, մի բան, որ դեռ չլսված իրողություն է ՀՀ քաղաքական կյանքում, երբ կուսակցության առաջնորդը կուսակցության քվոտայով նշանակված նախարարներին հանուն արդարության հորդորում է սկսել իրենից։Մինչդեռ կուսակցական պատկանելությունը միշտ օգտագործվել է ոչ թե ստուգումների, այլ, հակառակը, արտոնություններ շնորհելու համար։

Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ․ ԲՀԿ նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանի առաջարկով նաև Կառավարությունը բանակցություններ է սկսելու էլեկտրոէներգիայի սակագինը անապահով ընտանիքների համար առայժմ 10 դրամով էժանացնելու համար, ու սա այն պայմաններում, երբ Մեծամորի ատոմակայանը ներկայումս չի գործում։ Այսպիսով շնորհիվ ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարի հասարակության խոցելի խավերը մոտ ապագայում կունենան կոմունալ բեռի զգալի թեթևացում։

Մյուս ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները և մարզպետները նույնպես լծված են իրենց գործին և կատարում են այն ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ և նվիրումով, ինչը բնականաբար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վաստակն է, քանի որ կադրերի ընտրությամբ զբաղվել է անձամբ Ծառուկյանը։

Այսպիսով Հայաստանում սկսել է նոր ժամանակաշրջան, ինչի արդյունքները մեր հասրակությունը, շնորհիվ վերոնշյալ գործիչների, տեսնելու է մոտ ապագայում։
