Ծառուկյանը միշտ պատրաստ է պատկան մարմինների կողմից իրականացվելիք ստուգումներին

Կարեն Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Տարիներ շարունակ, նախկին իշխանական կերակրատաշտակից օգտվող ակտիվիստներն ու լրատվականներն, այս օրերին, երբ պատկան մարմինները ստուգումներ են իրականացնում գործարաների շրջանում, կրկին անգամ լծվել են համաժողովրդական կոնսենսուսի պառակտման գործին: Անհարկի շահարկելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը, իմիտացիա են ստեղծում, թե իբր կասկածներ կան, որ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող հիմնարկներում ստուգումներ չեն լինի: Նախ նշենք, որ վերջին տարիներին, «Մուլտի Գրուպ»ին պատկանող բոլոր ձեռնարկություններում ստուգումները պարբերաբար են եղել և այդ ստուգումների արդյունքում անձամբ պատկան մարմնի ղեկավարներն են հայտարարել, որ ոչ մի լուրջ խախտում չի հայտնաբերվել: Երկրորդ, վերջին 30 տարում, նմանատիպ ստուգումների ականատես չենք եղել և ոչ մի այլ գործարարի հիմնարկություններում: Այսինքն, եթե խոսվում է ստուգումներից, ապա առաջին հերթին պետք է նշել մի շարք ՀՀԿ-ամերձ և ոչ միայն գործարարների ձեռնարկությունների մասին, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ զերծ են մնացել ստուգումներից:

Ամենաթարմ օրինակը, երբ ստուգումներ են իրականացվել «Մուլտի Գրուպ»-ին պատկանող հիմնարկներում, դա «Առինջ Մոլ»-ին հարկային տեռորի ենթարկելու ՊԵԿ տեսուչների բռի փորձն էր, սակայն անգամ նման խորքային ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզ դարձավ, որ կոպիտ խախտումներ չկան և չեն եղել: Դե հիմա հիշեցրեք մի դեպք, երբ խոշոր գործարարների շրջանում նման մակարդակի ստուգումներ են եղել, ասենք ավելին, բացի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող հիմնարկներից, նման ոչ մի տեղ չի եղել նման ստուգումներ:

Եվ թվում է թե գոնե այս փաստերը պետք է զգաստացնեն այն սադրիչներին, ովքեր կոկորդները պատռելով փորձում են տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե հեղափոխությունից հետո, դեռ կան արտոնյալներ: Սակայն այս թեման էլ փակվեց Ծառուկյանի այն արժանապատիվ քայլից հետո, երբ, ինչպես հավաստիացրեցին ԲՀԿ-ական նախարաները, Ծառուկյանն անձամբ է հրահանգել իրենց, որպեսզի լիազորությունների շրջանակներում իրականացվելիք ստուգումները կրկին անգամ սկսեն իրեն պատկանող հիմնարկներից:

Ինչպես միշտ, այս օրերին ևս Ծառուկյանը մտահոգվելու խնդիր չունի, նա միշտ էլ հայտարարել է, որ իր հիմնարկները ստուգվում են և միշտ պատրաստ է նմանատիպ ստուգումների, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե որ մարմինը և ինչ մասշտաբի ստուգումներ կիրականացնի:
