Քարոզչամեքենայի վերջին մոհիկանները վաղուց սպառել են իրենց միտքն ու ռեսուրսները

Շահանե Անտոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այն պահից սկսած, ինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը միավորեցին իրենց ուժերը հանուն ժողովրդի պայքարի ու դրա հաղթանակի վերջնական հաստատման, նրանց միավորման դեմ գործի դրվեց մի հակաքարոզչական մեքենա, որը մեկ այս, մեկ էլ այն կողմից հարվածների տարափներ սկսեցին տեղալ այս միավորման ուղղությամբ։ Փորձելով դիտակրել այս երկու գործիչների համագարծակցության անհնարինությունը՝ բազմաթիվ «փաստարկներ» հայթայթեցին և հրապարակ իջեցվեցին, սակայն դրանք ո՛չ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ո՛չ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վրա անգամ չնչին ազդեցություն չունեցան։ Նրանք շարունակեցին առաջնորդվել «գնացող քարավանի» սկզբունքով՝ իրենց հետևում թողնելով «հաչող շների ոհմակը»։

Բայց արի ու տես, որ վերոնշյալ ՀՀԿ-ական քարոզչամեքենայի վերջին մոհիկան դարձած որոշ էջեր և լրատվական կայքեր շարունակում են նույն ոգով ու ոճով՝ ձգտելով նոր խմորումներ առաջացնել այս հարթակում։ Հիմա էլ նրանց մտքով «փայլուն» գաղափար է անցել հարկային ստուգումները վկայակոչելով պարբերաբար մեջբերում են կստուգվեն արդյո՞ք Ծառուկյանին պատկանող ընկերությունները թե ոչ ։

Շտապենք հիասթափեցնել այս գաղափարի հեղինակներին, քանզի այս գաղափարն այնքան էլ փայլուն չէ։ Հակառակը՝ այն խոսում է կարճ հիշողության ու տկար մտքի մասին։ Ուրեմն այսպես՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն այն միակ խոշոր ձեռնարկատերն է, որին պատկանող ընկերություններում բոլոր ժամանակներում ու մշտապես իրականացվել են հարկային ստուգումներ։ Կարելի է հիշատակել դեռևս 2015 թվականին ՊԵԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի այն հայտարարությունը, որ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող 6 ընկերություններ ստուգվել են և որևէ խախտում չի հայտնաբերվել։ Հեռու չգնանք՝ Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Վարդան Հարությույանը, տևական ժամանակ ստուգումներ էր իրականացնում Ծառուկյանին պատկանող օբյեկտներում ու ձեռնարկություններում, և ի վերջո հանդես եկավ պաշտոնական հայտարարությամբ, որ լուրջ խախտումներ այստեղ չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Իսկ «Առինջ մոլի» հայտնի հարկային տեռորը, որի մասին խոսում էր ողջ մամուլը, ողջ ԱԺ-ն ու բոլոր մարդիկ, ովքեր առնչություն իսկ չունեին առևտրի կենտրոնի հետ կարծում եմ հիշեցնելու կարիք չկա։ Երբ հարկային անարդար քաղաքականության ու անդադար ստուգումների արդյունքում մարդիկ ամեն օր Ազգային ժողովի մոտ բողոքի ակցիաներ էին իրականացնում։ Երբ աբսուրդի հասնող տրամաբանությամբ էին այս ստուգումներն արվում, որ անգամ հաճախորդների «տոպրակներն» ու իրերն էին ստուգվում։

Հ․Գ․ Այս ամենին կարելի է հավելել վերջին օրերին Արտակարգ իրավիճակների, Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարների կողմից հնչեցված այն միտքը, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանձնարարել է իրենց լիազորությունների սահմաններում իրականացվող ստուգումները սկսել հենց իրեն պատկանող ձեռնարկություններից։

Այնպես,որ քարոզչամեքենայի վերջին մոհիկաններին մնում է խորհուրդ տալ՝ այլ բան մտածել, թեև ակնառու է որ նրանց միտքն ու ռեսուրսները արդեն իսկ սպառված են։
