Աշխատակիցներից որևիցե մեկը չէր կասկածում, որ իրենց խնդիրները կստանան լիարժեք լուծումներ

Նարեկ Մինասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ինչպես գիտենք հեղափոխությունից հետո մի շարք հաստատություններում, մասնավոր ու պետական կառույցներում տեղի ունեցան գործադուլներ, որոնք ներքին այս կամ այն խնդիրների մասին էին բարձրաձայնում։ Դրանց թվում էր «Արարատ» ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների կողմից կազմակերպված գործադուլը, որտեղ աշխատակիցները պահանջում էին հանդիպում անձամբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ։
Մայիսի 25-ին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն այցելելով Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարան աշխատակիցների հետ փոխըմբռնման ու ու փոխընկալման մթնոլորտում՝ կետ առ կետ քննարկեցին բոլոր հարցերը։Աշխատակիցների համար Ծառուկյանի ներկայությունն արդեն իսկ երաշխիք էր և ինչպես սպասվում էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ակնթարթորեն տվեց հարցերի լուծումները։

Ինչպես հանդիպման ընթացքում աշխատակիցներից մեկը հավաստիացրեց, գործարանի աշխատակիցներից որևիցե մեկը չէր էլ կասկածում, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո իրենց հուզող բոլոր հարցերը տեղում կստանան լուծումներ, նրանց խոսքով ասած՝ «տղավարի» լուծում ստացավ ամեն ինչ։

Հնադիպման ընթացքում եղան նաև անակնկալներ։ Քանի որ այդ օրը հանրակրթական դպրոցներում նշվում էր Վերջին Զանգը, և բոլոր այն աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր այս ուսումնական տարում ունեին շրջանավարտներ, ստացան դրամական պարգևներ։
Չնախատեսված և տեղում լուծում ստացող հարցերի թվում կարելի է նշել բեռնատար մեքենաների վարորդներին հուզող այն խնդիրը, համաձայն որի՝ նրանցից հարկվում է շատ ավելի մեծ գումար և հարկային օրենքը շատ բացեր ունի, որից տուժում են վարորդները։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կարգադրությամբ՝ նրանք ստացան 100 հազար-ական դրամ պարգևավճար, որպեսզի կարողանան լուծել առաջացած բյուջետային բացը, մինչ ավելի արմատական լուծումներ գտնվեն այս հարցի համար։

Ուշագրավ մի փաստ արձանագրենք։ Ի հակադրություն տարածվող այն ապատեղեկատվության, թե Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարանում սպասվում են կրճատումներ աշխատակիցների շրջանում, Ծառուկյանը մի քանի նոր աշխատակիցներ ևս ընդունեց աշխատանքի՝ հերքելով կրճատելու մասին լուրերը ու հաստատելով «ոչ մեկին գործազուրկ չթողնելու» իր սկզբունքը։

Այսպիսի աշխատանքային քաղաքականությունը վաղուց է որդեգրվել «Մուլտի գրուպի» կողմից՝ ի սկզբանե ոչ մի կրճատումներ չանելով գործարանում ու գործազրկության խնդրի առջև չկանգնեցնելով մարդկանց՝ ընդ որում սա այն պարագայում, երբ որոշակի նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների հաշվին կարելի է գործարանը աշխատեցնել ընդամենը 500 աշխատողների միջոցով, իսկ «Արարատ» ցեմենտն այսօր ունի 1200 աշխատակից։
Հարկ է նշել նաև կին աշխատակիցներից մեկի կողմից բարձրացված տանիքի վերանորոգման խնդրանքը, որի համար 18 մլ դրամի կարիք կար։ Այս հարցը նույնպես տեղում լուծվեց։

Հատկանշական է նաև գործարանին չվերաբերող, բայց բոլորին հուզող հարցը՝ ուսանողների՝ մարզից Երևան հասնելու մասին, որն հետայու այլևս խնդիր չէ, քանի որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ուսանողներին տրամադրեց անվճար փոխադրման միջոցներ և ավտոբուսները ամեն օր ուսանողներիյն կապահովեն բուհեր հասնելն ու տուն վերադառնալը։

Սա ընդամենը մի քանի դրվագ է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ու «Արարատ» ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների հանդիպումից, որից անչափ գոհ էին աշխատողները։ Ու թերևս սա միակ դեպքն էր գործադուլների վերոնշյալ շղթայից, որի հանգուցալուծումը այսպես եղավ․ աշխատակիցները բավարարված էին, քանի որ հարցերը լուծում ստացան հենց տեղում ղեկավարության կողմից։
