Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ապացուցեց, որ իր և Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների միջև կա լիարժեք փոխըմբռնում և վստահություն

Շավարշ Բզնունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան  իր էջում գրում է.

Մայիս ամսին Հայաստանը ցնցվեց գործադուլների շարքից, որոնց թվում էր նաև Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների գործադուլը։ Նրանք առաջ էին քաշել պայմաններ, որոնց մի մասը տեղում բավարարվեց, իսկ մյուս մասին լուծում տալու համար անհրաժեշտ էր հանդիպում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ։

Ցուցարարները պահանջում էին հանդիպում Ծառուկյանի հետ՝ վստահ լինելով, որ բոլոր պահանջների լուծումը հնարավոր է միայն նրա շնորհիվ։ Բնականաբար այդ հանդիպումը իրեն երկար սպասեցնել չտվեց և մայիսի 25-ին Գագիկ Ծռուկյանը հանդիպեց Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների հետ։

Նախ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հերքեց գործարանի հնարավոր փակման կամ կլինկերի (ցեմենտի հումք) ներմուծման մասին բոլոր լուրերը, տեղում հերքելով որևէ աշխատակցի՝ գործազուրկ դառնալու որևէ հնարավությունը։ Ավելին, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտատարեց, որ ցեմենտի նոր գործարան է կառուցում Կապանում, որպեսզի աշապատանքով ապահովի տեղի բնակչության մի մասին։

Հայտնի է, որ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանը այսօր աշխատում է անհրաժեշտ քանակից ավելի շատ աշխատակիցներով, մոտ 500 հոգի, բացի այդ, տարվա մեջ 4-5 ամիս գործարանը ցեմենտ չի արտադրում, քանի որ, եղանակային պայմաններից ելնելով, հանրապետությունում շինարարություն չի իրականացվում։ Գործարանը, փաստացի, մատնվում է պարապուրդի, բայց բոլոր աշխատակիցները այդ ժամանակի ընթացքում շարունակում են նույն կերպ վճարվել գործարանի կողմից։

Բայց չնայած այդ ամենին, առայսօր ոչ միայն որևէ աշխատակից չի կրճատվել, այլ աշխատակիցների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ավելի մեծացրեց գործարանի աշխատակազմը՝ տեղում մի շարք անձանց ընդունելով աշխատանքի։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանդիպումը ցույց տվեց, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների միջև առկա է փոխվստահության և փոխըմբռնման ջերմ մթնոլորտ և որևէ մեկը չի կարող մտնել այդ հարաբերությունների արանքը։ Հանդիպումը անցավ արդյունավետ և բոլոր աշխատակիցները վերադարձան իրենց առօրյա կյանքին ուրախ և բավարարված։ Վերջում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խոստացավ ավելի հաճախ հանդիպել Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների հետ։
