Ի՞նչ է իրականում թաքնված Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանում աշխատակիցների գործադուլի ետևում

Գարեգին Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանում վերջին օրերին եղան գործադուլի մի քանի ակցիաներ՝ Երևանում, Էջմիածնում, Արարատում, Ագարակում և այլն։ Գործադուլը բնականոն երևույթ է և բնորոշ է աշխարհի բազմաթիվ, անգամ ամենազարգացած երկրներին։ Սակայն երբ գործադուլը դառնում է որոշ անձանց ձեռքին միջոց կամ գործիք, պետք է դրա նկատմամբ ավելի ուշադիր լինել։

Այսպես, օրեր առաջ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների մի մասը գործադուլ էին արել և հանդես եկել որոշակի պահանջներով։ Դրանց մի մասը հենց տեղում բավարարվեց, իսկ մյուս մասի համար պայմանավորվածություն եղավ սպասել մինչև մայիսի 25-ը։ Աշխատակիցները հասկացան և անցան իրենց աշխատանքին։
Թվում է, թե այսքանից հետո մինչև մայիսի 25-ը որևէ բողոք չպետք է լիներ, քանի որ կար հստակ պայմանավորվածություն աշխատակիցների եհտ։ Սակայն երեկ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների մի մասը կրկին գորածդուլ էին արել ու բողոքի ցույց էին անում։

Ի՞նչը կարող էր ստիպել բողոքողներին՝ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերելուց հետո անգամ կրկին դուրս գալ փողոց և գործադուլ անել։ Հենց այստեղ է, որ ուրվագծվում են այս ամենի հետևում կանգնած որոշ անձինք, ովքեր «տակից բզբզբում են» և ուղղորդում այս բողոքի ակցիան։ Այլ կերպ ասած, Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցները անուղղակի կերպով գործիք են դարձել որոշ անձանց և որոշ ուժերի ձեռքին, որոնք նրանց փորձում են օգտագործել իրենց նեղ անձնական շահերի համար։

Այդ նույն գործին են լծված նաև որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ, որոնք այս՝ զուտ սոցիալական երևույթին ն փորձում են հաղորդել նաև քաղաքական երանգներ, այդ ամենը ներկայացնել այլ լույսի ներքո և դրա հիման վրա անհարկի շահարկել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը։

Իհարկե այս ամենը վաղ թե ուշ բացահայտվելու է և բացահայտվելու են նաև այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կանգնած են Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների վերջին բողոքի ցույցի հետևում և փորձում են, իբր թաքուն կերպով, կրակի վրա յուղ լցնել։ Արդեն իսկ ուրվագծվում են կոնկրետ անձանց ականջները այս ամենի հետևում։

Անշուշտ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արդարացի լուծում կտա բոլոր խնդիրներին, իսկ բզբզացողները կմնան կոտրած տաշտակի առաջ։ Սակայն կարևորը այս պահին այն է, որ գործարանի աշխատակիցները իրենք գիտակցեն, որ չի կարելի գործիք ծառայել ոմանց ձեռքին, հատկապես երբ դա ակնհայտորեն երևում է։ Բավական է միայն նշել, որ վերջին բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ բողոքողների մեջ կային մեծ թվով մարդիկ, ովքեր իրականում ոչ մի կապ չունեն Արարատի ցեմենտի գորածարանի հետ և գործարանի աշխատակիցները չեն։
