Պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալը՝ սովորություն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս օրերին, երբ թացն ու չորն այնպես է խառնվել իրար, որ իրականում հասկանալի էլ չէ, թե ով ում բարեկամն է, զարմանալիորեն ակտիվացել են համատիրությունների աշխատակիցները: «Փաստ» օրաթերթին ահազանգած քաղաքացիները տարակուսած ասում էին, որ համատիրությունների կողմից ուղարկված մարդիկ նրանց ասել են, որ պետք է ոչ միայն 2018 թվականի համար վճարում կատարեն, այլև հաջորդ տարվա առաջին 3 ամիսների համար: Նման տեռորը ոչ միայն անհանգստացրել այլև զայրացրել է մարդկանց: Համատիրությունների աշխատակից ներկայացած անձինք մարդկանց ասում են, որ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակիչներից սպասարկման վարձավճարները հավաքելու ներքին հրահանգ են ստացել: Խոսակցություններ կան նաև, թե նրանք մտավախություն ունեն, ոչ ինչօես կարմիր գծերի ու արագաչափերի հարցերն են նախատեսվում «ջրել», թեպետ այստեղ դեռ հստակեցում չկա, այդպես էլ կարող է համատիրությունների կողմից որևէ ծառայություն չմատուցելու դիմաց գանձվող «սպասարկման» վարձերի հարցը նույնպես «ջրվել»: Դա է պատճառը, որ համատիրությունների ղեկավարներն իրենց աշխատակիցներին ուղարկում են տարբեր հասցեներով, որպեսզի այս խառը ժամանակներում կարողանան որքան հնարավոր է շատ գումար հավաքել: Նախկին պարտքերը վճարել «պարտադրելուց» բացի, նրանց առջև խնդիր է դրված բնակիչներից «քերել» նաև առաջիկա ամիսների սպասարկման վարձերը: Հիշեցնենք, որ արդեն երկար տարիներ է՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի սեփականատերերը չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե իրենք ինչու են պարտավոր ամսական «սպասարկման վարձ» անվան տակ որոշակի գումար վճարել համատիրություններին: Բնակիչները չգիտեն նաև, թե տվյալ համատիրության «ենթակայության» տակ գտնվող շենքերից ամսական որքան գումար է հավաքագրվում, ինչպես է այն ծախսվում և այդ պատճառով էլ հրաժարվում են վճարումներ կատարել: Ի դեպ, մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ շատ դեպքերում «տան վարձ» հավաքողները փոխվել են, և չի բացառվում, որ այս «շարժումըը» նույնպես կազմակերպված լինի ինչ– որ ինքնակոչների թեթև ձեռքով: Այնպես որ, պատկան կառույցներին խնդրում ենք ուշադիր լինել և թույլ չտալ, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները դառնան հերթական խաբեության զոհը:
