Բայց ինձ, օրինակ, ավելի շատ հետաքրքրում է՝ ինչ տրամաբանությամբ է տնտեսական քաղաքականություն մշակվելու ու տարվելու։
Կառավարությունը պիտի լինի մեկ միասնական օրգանիզմ՝ նույն տեսլականով ու աշխատանքի տրամաբանությամբ, փոխկապակցված, ոչ թե ամեն նախարար խելքին ինչ փչի իր տեղում՝ անի։


Կարճ ասած, ինձ հետաքրքիր է՝ ուր ենք գնում, ինչ ճանապարհով ու ում հետ։

Նախարարների մի մասը՝ ԵԼՔ-ից են, մի մասը կլինեն ԲՀԿ-ից, մի մասը՝ ՀՅԴ-ից։

Տարբեր ուժեր, տարբեր մտածելակերպերի ու արժեքներ կրող մարդիկ են։

Ի՞նչ միասնական ծրագիր են կազմելու իրար հետ, որը շուտով պիտի ներկայացվի ԱԺ-ին, ինչ ժամանակատվածի կտրվածքով, ի՞նչ առաջնային խնդիրներ են առաջադրվելու կարճաժամկետ կտրվածքով (մինչև արտահերթ ընտրությունները) ու երկարաժամկետ (ընտրություններից հետո):

Կաշառքը վերացնելը ու ՀԴՄ կտրոն տրամադրելը կարևոր քայլեր են, բայց շատ քիչ են։ Տնտեսությունը կառավարել ու զարգացնելը շատ ավելի բարդ գործ է՝ ինչ հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականություն է տարվելու, ինչ կանոններով, ինչ մոտեցումներ են ունենալու, ասենք, կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի, ՓՄՁ ոլորտի հարցերի և այլնի վերաբերյալ։ Ու էլի լիքը հարցեր…

Հասկանում եմ, որ սա ժամանակավոր կառավարություն է, որը կարճաժամկետ խնդիրներ է լուծելու։ Բայց էդ դեպքում էլ չեմ հասկանում առանձին պաշտոնների շուրջ առաջացած աժիոտաժը։
