Վայքում երեք տղաներ, տեսնելով կնոջը սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու պահին, պահանջել են, որ իրենց ևս «սպասարկի»

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանի վարույթում է գտնվում Հարութ Ս.-ի, Հովիկ Կ.-ի ու Ռազմիկ Խ.-ի գործի քննությունը:


Երեք ամբաստանյալներից չափահաս է միայն Հարութ Ս.-ն, մյուս երկուսը մեղսագրված արարքի կատարման պահին անչափահաս են եղել:

Հարութ Ս.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված շորթման համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ Հովիկին ու Ռազմիկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված շորթմանն օժանդակելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-182 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ամբաստանյալների խափանման միջոցը ստորագրությունն է չհեռանալու մասին:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2018 թվականի հունվարի 26-ին, ժամը 20-ի սահմաններում Հարութ Ս.-ն իր անչափահաս ընկեր Ռազմիկի հետ Վայք քաղաքի ոստիկանության բաժնի շենքին հարակից այգում տեսել է համաքաղաքացի Սվետային (անունը փոխված է)՝ անծանոթ տղամարդու հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալու պահին:

Հարութը, մտածելով, որ իրենք էլ կարող են Սվետայի հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենալ, Ռազմիկի ու իրենց միացած Հովիկի հետ հետապնդել են այգուց հեռացող Սվետային:

Վայքի շենքերից մեկի շքամուտքի մոտ տղաները, ըստ մեղադրանքի, Սվետային կանգնեցրել են: Հարութը, հայտնելով, թե իրենք ինչին են ականատես եղել, առաջարկել է, որ Սվետան իրենց էլ «սպասարկի»՝ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենա նաև իր ու իր ընկերների հետ:

Սվետան մերժել է:

Հարութը նոր առաջարկ է արել՝ Սվետան թող իրենց հետ սեռական հարաբերություն ունենա, իրենք կվճարեն 10 հազար դրամ:

Սվետան այս առաջարկությունն էլ է մերժել:

Հարութը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, պայմանավորվել է իր անչափահաս ընկերների հետ, որ Սվետայի հասցեին արատավորող տեղեկություններ տարածելու սպառնալիքով նրանից զգալի չափի գումար շորթեն:

Հովիկն իրենց տանից թուղթ է բերել, որի վրա Սվետայի վերաբերյալ արատավորող տեղեկություններ է գրել: Նա թուղթը հանձնել է Հարութին:

Ապա Հարութն ու Հովիկը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում բարձրացել են Սվետայի բնակարանի դռան մոտ, իսկ Ռազմիկը մնացել է շքամուտքի դռան մոտ, որ մարդ գալուն պես հազալու միջոցով ազդանշան տա ընկերներին:

Հարութը թակել է Սվետայի բնակարանի դուռը, Սվետան բացել է: Հովիկը, Սվետայի կողմից չճանաչվելու համար, կանգնել է աստիճանահարթակին՝ դեմքը բրդե գլխարկով փակած:

Հարութը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, ցույց է տվել թղթի վրա իրենց գրածը ու պահանջել է, որ Սվետան իրենց տա 10 հազար դրամ, այլապես իրենց ձեռքի թուղթը կփակցեն նրա շենքի շքամուտքի դռանը:
