Նախընտրական թամաշան մեկնարկել է, ներիշխանական տիրույթում ով ինչպես կարող է եւ ում վրա կարող է ինքնահաստատվում է, դրամատիկ ներկայացում բեմադրում՝ ցուցադրելով իր տաղանդը, «պարկեշտությունը» եւ այլն։ Այսօր առավոտյան վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն այնքան էր բարկացել, որ նորից պատրաստ էր «դիլխոր» թողել կառավարության բոլոր ենթականերին։
Մինչ կառավարության նիստի օրակարգային հարցերին անցնելը վարչապետը անդրադառնալով մամուլի հրապարակումներին նախատել էր Արարատի նորանշանակ մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանին․ «Մամուլում կան հրապարակումներ, որ մեր գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները, մարզային կառույցների ղեկավարներն իրենց ադմինիստրատիվ ռեսուրսն օգտագործում են քարոզչության համար: Մտնում ենք նախընտրական փուլ, բոլորին խստագույնս զգուշացնում եմ, որ նման ծառայություններն արջի ծառայություններ են», ասաց Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ առավոտյան հայտնի դարձավ, որ Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանն իր աշխատասենյակ է հրավիրել Արտաշատի պոլիկլինիկայի փոխտնօրեն Սերինե Հայրապետյանին եւ ասել, որ նա ազատված է աշխատանքից։ Մարզպետի քայլը վրդովվեցրել էր պոլիկլինիկայի անձնակազմին, որոնք բողոքի ակցիայով հասել էին մարզպետարանի դուռը, մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացել։ Իսկ թիրախում հայտնված փոխտնօրենը լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել էր, թե ազատվել է, քանի որ ըստ մարզպետի՝ քարոզչություն չի արել ՀՀԿ-ի օգտին։
Թվում էր, թե վարչապետի հորդորից հետո Արարատի մարզում, որտեղ նախընտրական կրքերը տեւական ժամանակ է եռռում են, քանի որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը որոշել է Ծառուկյան դաշինքով ընտրություններին մասնակցող որդու համար աննախադեպ ցուցանիշ ապահովել, իսկ ՀՀԿ-ն էլ անցել է հակագրոհի, ժամանակավոր դադար պետք է վերցնեն, սակայն տեղի ունեցավ ճիշտ հակառակը։ Լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են մարզպետարանի Կրթության վարչության պետի ազատման մասին։ Լուրը թեպետ պաշտոնապես չի հաստատվել,բայց կհաստատվի, քանզի մարզպետարանի նշված պաշտոնյան Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի թիմակիցներից է եւ օրեր առաջ վայր դրեց կուսակցական անդամատոմսը։
