460 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում և 5 հազարից ավելի աշխատատեղի ստեղծում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը իր կայքում հրապարակել է 2017 թ. իրականացվելիք ներդրումների ծավալների վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ։
Ներդրումային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում ընկերություններին, ըստ իրենց կարիքների, տրամադրվել է տարատեսակ աջակցություն, ինչի շնորհիվ նորաստեղծ ընկերությունները հնարավորություն ունեն «ոտքի կանգնել», իսկ արդեն գործող ընկերությունները՝ ընդլայնվել՝ ազատ միջոցներն ուղղելով արտադրությանը և ստեղծելով նոր աշխատատեղեր։
Նախարարության տրամադրության տակ գտնվող տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ 2017 թ. նախատեսվում է 459 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացում, որոնց արդյունքում 5927–ից ավելի աշխատատեղ կստեղծվի։
Ըստ նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքի՝ ներդրողների համար սահմանվել են պետական աջակցության մի շարք գործիքներ, մասնավորապես՝ ԱԱՀ վճարների հետաձգում մինչև 3 տարի ժամկետով սարքավորումների ներմուծման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի շրջանակներում ներմուծված ապրանքների համար, գերակա ոլորտում ներդրումային ծրագրերի շրջանակում հումքի և սարքավորումների մաքսատուրքից ազատման արտոնություն, ՓՄՁ ներդրումներ ՈՒՎԿ–ի կողմից տրամադրվող մատչելի վարկեր և ֆինանսական աջակցության այլ գործիքներ, ՓՄՁ պետական աջակցության գործիքներ, արտահանմանն ուղղված պետական աջակցության գործիքներ, արտահանման ապահովագրության ծառայության և լիզինգի տրամադրում մինչև 10 տարի ժամկետով՝ 9%–ով և ազատ տնտեսական գոտիներում տրամադրվող արտոնություններ:
Նախարարության հայտարարության կից փաստաթղթից տեղեկանում ենք, որ այս տարի նախատեսվող ներդրումների «առյուծի բաժինը»՝ ուղիղ կեսը (230,3 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար), ուղղվելու է հանքարդյունաբերությանը: Երկրորդ և երրորդ տեղերում են էներգետիկան և գյուղատնտեսությունն ու լոգիստիկան՝ համապատասխանաբար 63,5 և 60,1 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդրումներով: Այս առումով ամենից քիչ գումար կհատկացվի սննդի արդյունաբերությանը՝ ընդամենը 4,5 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ներդրումային ծրագրերի քանակին, ապա այս տեսանկյունից ամենից շատ ծրագրեր են նախատեսվում իրականացնել թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտում (10 ծրագիր), ինչը 2000–ից ավելի աշխատատեղ կապահովի հասարակությանը: Այս ոլորտին մի փոքր զիջում է ճշգրիտ ճարտարագիտությունը, որում նախատեսվում է 7 ներդրումային ծրագիր իրականացնել:
Բացի այդ, փաստաթղթից նաև տեղեկանում ենք, որ ամենից շատ ներդրումներ են պատրաստվում անել Վայոց ձորում. այստեղ 200 ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրեր կիրականացվեն: Վայոց ձորից հետո Երևանն է առաջատարը՝ իր 143 միլիոն 270 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդրումային ծրագրերով: «Ամենաանտեսվածն» այս առումով Գեղարքունիքի մարզն է, որտեղ ընդամենը 2 միլիոն 690 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով ներդրումներ կիրականացվեն: Իսկ այս ներդրումների արդյունքում ամենից շատ աշխատատեղեր կստեղծվեն Երևանում: Մայրաքաղաքում կավելանա 1800–ից ավել աշխատատեղ:
