Հայաստանի ընդվզումը Մայդանից սարսափելի է Պուտինի համար. Փոլ Գոբլ


Azatutyun.am-ը գրում է. Համաժողովրդական բողոքի ալիքը հրաժարական է պարտադրել Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահ, նոր Սահմանադրությամբ վարչապետ ընտրված Սերժ Սարգսյանին, ով փորձել է լրամշակելով Սահմանադրությունը՝ պատճենահանել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հորինած տարբերակը և պահպանել իշխանությունը:

Ըստ ամերիկացի վերլուծաբան Փոլ Գոբլի՝ «Հայաստանի ընդվզումը Մայդանից սարսափելի է Պուտինի համար»:

Հայաստանյան դեպքերը վկայում են, որ ժողովուրդը հստակ ուզում է պահպանել դեմոկրատական ընթացքի և՛ տառը, և՛ ոգին: Մարդիկ բողոք են հայտնում էլիտաների դեմ, որոնք փորձում են սահմանադրական լրամշակումների հնարքներով իրենց ձեռքում պահել իշխանության ղեկը:

Ամենակարևորն այն է, որ փոփոխություն են պահանջում մի երկրում, որը շարունակում է դիմակայել իր բուն գոյատևմանը սպառնացող հարևաններից բխող վտանգներին:

Դեմոկրատական ձգտումների և անվտանգության որոնման միջև այս բախումը, Գոբլի կարծիքով, ամենայն հավանականությամբ որոշելու է Հայաստանում իրադարձությունների հետագա ընթացքը: Երկու գաղափարներն էլ հիմա գտնվում են հայերի ուշադրության կենտրոնում:

Հայաստանում «դեմոկրատիա կամ անվտանգություն» երկընտրանքը կարող է վախեցնել Կրեմլին և դրդել վտանգավոր ու վատ հաշվարկված քայլերի:

Ռուսները ոչ հայ են և ոչ էլ, ինչպես նախկինում երևաց, ուկրաինացի: Դժվար թե նրանք մեծ զանգվածներով լցվեն փողոցներ ու փոփոխություններ պահանջեն:

Եվ այնուամենայնիվ Պուտինին մտահոգող հանգամանքը հայաստանյան զարգացումների ընթացքն էր: Գոբլի համոզմամբ, Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական ներկայացրեց ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ դա պահանջեցին հարյուր հազարավոր մարդիկ, այլ երբ զգաց, որ ուժայինները չեն ցանկանում իրեն մինչև վերջ պաշտպանել՝ դա էր մահացու հարվածն իշխանությունը պահպանելու երազանքին:

Նա հրաժարական ներկայացրեց՝ նկատել տալով, որ ունի գործելու տարբերակներ, սակայն դրանք անընդունելի է համարում:

Այս իրավիճակում, ըստ Գոբլի, Պուտինը գուցեև կփորձի բորբոքել հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը, ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցել, թե որքան է Հայաստանը կախված Ռուսաստանից, և, բացի այդ, բուն Հայաստանի բնակչության շրջանում սերմանել «թշնամիների կողմից պաշարված ամրոցում» ապրելու զգացումը, որն արդեն համակել է ռուսաստանցիներին:
