Պատրաստ եմ պատասխանատու ձևով ստանձնել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթը (տեսանյութ)

Ազգային ժողովի «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց ապրիլի 30-ին քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր գործողությունները դադարեցնելու և խորհրդարանում խմբակցությունների հետ հանդիպումներ ունենալու մասին:

Հանրապետության հրապարակում կայացած հանրահավաքի ընթացքում ունեցած ելույթում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ ապրիլի 30-ին շատ կարևոր աշխատանք ունի անելու Ազգային ժողովում, որտեղ պետք է հանդիպի խորհրդարանական բոլոր խմբակցությունների հետ՝ կոչ անելով դադարեցնել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր գործողությունները: «Առավոտից ես շատ կարևոր աշխատանք ունեմ անելու Ազգային ժողովում: Ես պետք է հանդիպում ունենամ խորհրդարանական բոլոր խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որպեսզի այդ քննարկումների արդյունքում կարողանամ ձեզ տեղեկատվություն տալ այն մասին, որ ձեր թեկնածուի ընտրությունը երաշխավորված է: Ես չեմ կարողանա գրասենյակային պայմաններում հանգիստ աշխատել, եթե իմանամ, որ հանրապետության տարբեր հատվածներում քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ակցիաներ են տեղի ունենում: Վաղը դադար ենք վերցնում և քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության ոչ մի գործողություն չենք իրականացնում, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք հանգիստ աշխատել: Ես կոչ եմ անում այս պահից սկսած դադարեցնել բոլոր ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավորների հետ հեռախոսային հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով կոնտակտի դուրս գալը: Նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն՝ ես վաղը ձեր անունից հանդիպելու եմ նրանց՝ որպես վարչապետի թեկնածու, որպեսզի մենք մեր օրակարգն ամբողջական քննարկենք և իրականություն դարձնենք»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ ժամը 17:00-ին ինքը կլինի Երևանի Գարեգին Նժդեհի հրապարակում, որտեղից քայլերթով կգնան Հանրապետության հրապարակ: «Հանրապետության հրապարակում ես ձեզ կպատմեմ մեր բանակցությունների արդյունքների մասին, և մենք միասին կորոշենք մեր հետագա անելիքները՝ կախված իրավիճակից: Ամեն դեպքում, մյուս օրը առավոտվանից, ժամը 08:00-ից բոլոր մարզերից հավաքվում ենք Հանրապետության հրապարակում: Իսկ մենք մայիսի 1-ին որտեղ կանցկացնենք օրը, ինչպես կանցկացնենք, կախված է այդ օրը երկրում տիրող քաղաքական իրավիճակից»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հավաքվածներին մանրամասներ փոխանցեց ապրիլի 29-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ Պետդումայի պատգամավորների հետ հանդիպումից: Փաշինյանը հայտնեց, որ հանդիպումն անցել է շատ ջերմ մթնոլորտում, և իրենք բաժանվել են որպես բարեկամներ՝ արձանագրելով, որ այս ամենը հայ-ռուսական բարեկամությանը ոչ մի բանով չի սպառնում, այլ առաջիկայում այդ հարաբերություններն ավելի են զարգանալու:
