Սիրելի իմ հայրենակիցներ,իմ եղբայրներ և քույրեր: Դիմում եմ Ձեզ խնդրանքով և նաև հորդորում այս օրերին լինել առավել քան իմաստուն: Եղեք զգոն, աչալուրջ և շարունակեք հավատարիմ մնալ Ձեր որդեգրած սկզբունքներին: Դեպքերի նման զարգացմամբ և հաջորդականությամբ այս շարժումը, այո, դարձավ աննախադեպ:Այն իսկապես նորագույն համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ բացառիկ է, և պատահական չէ, որ այն արդեն նույնացնում են քաղաքակիրթ երկրներում երբևէ տեղի ունեցած նմանատիպ ընդվզումներին, իսկ այժմ էլ հավակնում է իր ձևով դառնալ օրինակելի և դասագրքային: Նաև վստահ եմ գիտակցում եք, որ այս էմոցիոնալ իրավիճակին դեռ հաջորդելու է սթափ և ռացիոնալ գործելու ժամանակը: Պետք է ընդունենք, որ անցնում ենք իրավիճակի էմոցիոնալ փուլով, և հանգուցալուծման համար դեռ պետք է որոշակի ժամանակ և համաժողովրդական իմաստություն: Ամեն ինչ պետք է անել խաղաղ և անարյուն, ինչպես առաջին օրվանից հայտարարվում էր կազմակերպիչների կողմից,և որին էլ հաջորդեց վարչապետի որոշումը: Ուստի ևս մեկ անգամ դիմում եմ Ձեզ, խնդրում եմ լինենք խոհեմ, զերծ մնանք ցանկացած տեսակի սադրանքներից, և այս իրավիճակի վերջնական հանգուցալուծումը ծառայեցնենք հանուն մեր երկրի և մեր ժողովրդի շահերի:
