Ինչ սցենարներ են հնարավոր ՀՀԿ-ի՝ վարչապետի թեկնածու չառաջադրելու որոշումից հետո

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունը վարչապետի թեկնածու չի առաջադրելու․ ՀՀԿ գրասենյակում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։

Ազգային ժողովի մայիսի 1-ին հատուկ նիստում վարչապետի թեկնածու չառաջադրելու ՀՀԿ-ի որոշումից հետո տեսականորեն հնարավոր են հետևյալ սցենարները, հայտնում է civilnet.-ը:

Նախ, չառաջադրելով թեկածու՝ Ազգային ժողովի հանրապետական խմբակցությունը տեսականորեն կարող է միահամուռ չքվեարկել կամ Փաշինյանի թեկնածության դեմ քնեարկել, իսկ մյուս խմբակցությունները միասնաբար չեն կարող մեծամասնություն ունենալ, քանի որ 105 պատգամավորական տեղերից 58-ը պատկանում է ՀՀԿ-ին։

Ըստ Սահմանադրության 149-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ կետի, եթե վարչապետը երկու անգամ չի ընտրվում, օրենքի ուժով խորհրդարանը ցրվում է։ Ըստ Սահմանադրության՝ արդեն ոչ շուտ, քան 30 օրվա և ոչ ուշ, քան 45 օրվա ընթացքում տեղի են ունենում Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններ։

Սա նշանակում է, որ արդեն մինչև նոր ընտրությունները այսօրվա գործող Հանրապետական կառավարությունը մնում է իր տեղում և նրա հովանու ներքո են անցկացվում ընտրությունները։

Երկրորդ, քանի որ խորհրդարանը ցրվում է, հնարավոր չի լինի նաև փոփոխություններ անել Ընտրական օրենսգրքում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ազատ և արդար ընտրություններ անցկացնել։
